The IPEVO TOTEM 360 is a conferencing platform that creates an effective and immersive video experience for teams, lectures, and presentations. It encourages engagement from online participants by replicating the feeling of being present in a meeting room or lecture hall. The TOTEM 360 is portable and easy to deploy, making any room suitable for hybrid conferencing. The TOTEM 360 features four AI-enhanced video modes that remove the barriers of hybrid conferencing and learning. These modes can be cycled with a press of a button, without the need for additional software. The Person & Voice AI Tracking identifies up to four active speakers based on the selected video mode, highlighting them with close-up shots or tracking their movement. It is a portable camera that can be used in multiple meeting rooms, instantly transforming them into hybrid conferencing or learning spaces. Simply plug it in and start your meeting. The TOTEM 360 is compatible with various conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, Microsoft Teams, Barco ClickShare, and more. It works seamlessly on Windows, Mac, and Chromebooks, offering plug-and-play functionality.

Product Usage Instructions

Place the TOTEM 360 in the desired meeting room or lecture hall.
Connect the TOTEM 360 to a Windows PC, Mac, or Chromebook with a USB Type-C port using the provided USB-C cable.
Plug in the AC adapter to power the TOTEM 360.
Press the power button to turn on the TOTEM 360.
Press the Video Mode button to cycle through the four AI-enhanced video modes.
Depending on the selected video mode, the AI will identify up to four active speakers and highlight them with close-up shots or track their movement.
Adjust the speaker volume using the Speaker Volume button.
Mute or unmute the microphone using the Microphone Mute / Unmute button.
