General Precautions
Specifications
Avoid lengthy exposure to heat or cold.| Allow the scale to acclimate
to normal room temperature before use.

Allow sufficient warm up time.| Turn the scale on and wait for a few
minutes to allow the internal components a chance to stabilize before
weighing.
Do not leave a load or weight on a scale for a prolonged period of time.|

Unpacking and setup

Remove the scale from the box and place it on a firm, level surface.

Avoid locations with rapid temperature changes, excessive dust, moisture, air currents, vibrations, electromagnetic fields, heat or direct sunlight.

Adjust the leveling feet until the bubble is centered in the circle of the level indicator (located on the front panel).

NOTE: Ensure that the scale is level each time its location is changed.

Before using the scale for the first time, the internal rechargeable battery should be charged for at least 12 hours.

Connect the supplied AC adapter to the power input receptacle underneath the scale. Plug the AC adapter into a power outlet and the battery will begin charging.

This product comes equipped with a protection screw to protect the scale during transportation. Prior to first use, remove the protection screw,

If the scale will be stored or transported in the future, save the packaging material and re-install the protection screw to ensure the best possible protection for the scale.

Operations
Turn on/off
Make sure the scale platter is empty. The switch is located on the right side
of the scale. I = on O = off. The scale will start to count down from nine to
zero and will display the max capacity of the scale in theWEIGHT display. Once
the scale shows all zero’s it is ready for use.
Note:
Please allow for a warm-up for 15~30 minutes to get optimal performance.
BATTERY OPERATION
The battery life is approximately 40 hours. When the battery needs charging, the low battery annunciator will show. The battery must be charged when the symbol appears. To charge the battery, simply attach the power supply to the scale and plug it in. The scale does not need to be turned on.
There is an LED to indicate the status of battery charging on the right of display. If the LED is Green the battery has
- Green is full
- Yellow is charging
- Red is empty
When the battery fails to hold a full charge, contact your distributor for a
replacement.
Note: When the scale is stored for prolonged period, the battery should
be recharged every 3 months.
COUNTING FUNCTION
This mode is used to indicate the number of pieces of an item placed on the pan. To ensure accuracy, the items that are counted must be consistent in weight.
The scale uses the sampling method to determine the number of parts in a large sample of identical pieces. For example, 30kg scale, sample weight is 200g, it is 100pcs sample units.
Enter and exit counting mode
Hold the key for 3 seconds to enter and exit counting mode. When entering the count mode, display shows “PCS” for 3 seconds then “PCS” indication lights up and starts counting.
Sampling setting
- In the counting mode, press and simultaneously hold and keys for 3 seconds. The scale will enter the sampling setup mode, and “Count” will be displayed. Then it returns to zero. If it does not display “ ”, press key to clear.
- Place known number of sample objects on the platter. Press key to confirm and enter the quantity setup mode.
- One digit will flash “ ”. Press key to increase the flashing digit by 1; and press key to move the digit to the left. Do this until it reaches the needed value.
- Press key to confirm and start counting.
Note: Press key to exit the setup midway.
Counting objects
Place objects to be counted onto the plate. The number of pieces on the
platter will be displayed.
Accumulation function
- Place an item on the platter. When the scale shows the stable signal, press key. Scale shows ACCX (Xis number of accumulations) for 3 seconds and then returns to regular weight screen (current weight.
- Remove weight (Scale must return to zero and be stable before you are able to continue accumulate operation). Repeat the same operation until all items have been accumulated.
- Press key to toggle between the Total weight and regular weight display
- While in total weight mode, press key to clear the total weight and return to normal weighting mode. Note: During accumulation, you are not allowed to change units. Tare and zero are only allowed before the start of the accumulation process.
Check weighing function
Activate the Check Weighing Mode
- Activate the Check Weighing Mode by pressing the and keys simultaneously for 3 seconds. The scale shows the HI / OK / LO arrow and current weighing unit.\\
Set low limit

Press the & keys simultaneously, the display will show for 3 seconds and then the first digit will flash “ ”. Press key to increase the flashing digit by 1. Press key to move the digit to the left. Do this until it reaches the needed value.
Set high limit
Press the key and the display will show for 3 seconds and then the first digit will flash “0 ”.
Press key to increase the flashing digit by 1. Press key to move the digit to the left. Do this until it reaches the needed value. -
Press key to confirm. The display will show To confirm and return to zero.
Start to weigh
Place an item on the platter.
When the weight is below minimum weight setting: The indicator will issue a
continuous audible alarm and the LO arrow on display is lit up.
When weight on the platter is within range, the OK arrow is lit up and no
sound is emitted.
When the weight is above the maximum weight settings: The indicator will issue
an intermittent audiblebeep and HI arrow on display is lit up
Note: If buzzer is disabled in setup then no sound will be emitted
GENERAL SETTINGS
AUTOMATIC POWER OFF
Press and hold the key for 2 seconds, the screen will display , “XX” refers to pre-set shut down time. There are 7 options for pre-set shut down time: 10, 20, 30, 50, 60 and 0. 10~60minutes denotes respectively that indicator will power off automatically if there is no changes on weighing value and no operation on keyboard. Choice 0 means that automatic power off function is disabled.
Press key to select then press to confirm the selected pre-set time and go to next step.
BUZZER ON/OFF
The indicator will now display or .
Press to select “On” or “OFF” to activate the audible alarm.
Press to confirm and to go to next step.
SETTING OF BACKLIGHT FUNCTION
The indicator will now display .
X refers to the backlight mode selection.
X=0; backlight is disabled.
X=1, means manual mode. Long press to turn on/off.
X=2, means automatic backlight function mode 1. Backlight is active during
operation.
X=3, means automatic backlight function mode 2. Backlight is active during
operation but turns off after 10
seconds
Press to select then press to confirm.
LOW BATTERY AUTO SHUTDOWN
The indicator will now display .
“ XX ” represents minimum battery capacity percentage. When the capacity of battery is lower than the setting value, the indicator will shut down and need to be charged. Default setting is “10%”.
Press to select then press to confirm and exit.
