Use the following instructions to assemble the Gs100 scooters for a customer.
VERIFYING THE TILLER’S MOVEMENT
Verify that the grooves on the hinge fit into each other and make sure that the tightening handle is tight.
UNLOCKING THE TILLER

Open the cover located at the base of the tiller.

Press the button.
-
Turn the button counterclockwise. Close the cover.
VERIFYING THE DRIVE TRAIN LATCH
Checking the latch on the rear component for dismantling.
a) Remove seat and batteries if installed.
b) Lift latch. This will also lift the front part to separate the rear
component from the scooter.
c) To reassemble the front part to the rear train, both parts must be
perfectly aligned.
d) Allow the front part to lower itself onto the rear train.
e) Gravity should allow the lever to latch itself (ideally), but in case it
does not, press down lightly.
4. INSTALLING THE BATTERY PACK
a) Raise the tightening handle.
b) Slide the battery pack into position.
c) Lower the tightening handle.
d) Tighten the handle to hold the battery pack in position.
INSTALLING THE SEAT
a) Slide the seat post into the tube provided for this purpose.
b) Rotate the seat using the release handle on the right-hand side of the
seat. If it is properly installed the seat should lock after 1/8 of a turn.
INSTALLING ARMRESTS
a) Slide armrest into the square tube on the seat frame.
b) Place armrest as close as possible to the backrest without touching it.
c) Tighten securely using the tightening knobs, turning clockwise.
INSTALLING THE SAFETY BELT (OPTIONAL ACCESSORY)
a) Remove the tightening knobs holding the armrests.
b) Slide the belt ring onto the knob’s thread
c) Securely screw knob back onto the seat frame
INSTALLING REAR-VIEW MIRROR AND CELL PHONE HOLDER (OPTIONAL
a) Attach the clamp around the handlebar.
b) Insert the rear-view mirror rod into the hole on the clamp.
c) Place the cell phone holder (optional accessory) in
between the clamp and the mirror’s locknut.
d) Tighten the mirror by turning clockwise.
e) Once the mirror is in the desired position, tighten locknut using a 14 mm
hex wrench.
f) Slide the protective cover back onto the locknut.
INSTALLING THE FRONT BASKET
Slide the basket down onto the metal bracket located on the front of the
tiller until tabs are latched.
TIRES
Inflate 4 tires at 25 PSI
REPLACING THE BATTERIES
Opening the battery compartment
a) To remove the compartment, lift and slide toward the front
B Remove all 11 screws located under the compartment using a Phillips
screwdriver
c) Open the cover
Removing the batteries
a) Using an 8 mm wrench and a socket wrench, remove the positive (+) cable on
the right battery to release the cover.
b) Repeat for the 3 other terminals (in order as shown).
WARNING: Be careful not to touch 2 terminals at once with a tool.
Installing the batteries
a) Remove old batteries
b) Install new batteries
NOTE: Battery terminals must be installed toward the outside.
c) Connect wire to terminal in the following order:
1. Bolt
2. Washer
3. Terminal connector
4. Battery terminal
5. Washer
6. Split lock washer
7. Nut
NOTE: The top of the bolt must be directed toward the outside of the battery
to make it easy access with a socket wrench.
Terminal connectors should be directed toward the outside as well.
d) Close compartment.
WARNING: Be careful not to pinch any wires when closing the cover.
