Dr ger SPC 3700 Ventilated Chemical Suit
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
Option 1: Protective Suit made of Tychem® F

Connect the hose to the manifold and vest. It audibly clicks into place.

Put on the vest and manifold. Close the buckles of the manifold on your hip and then the buckles of the vest on your chest. Adjust the waistbelt and chest strap until secure and comfortable.

The correct position of the manifold is on your left.

Open the protective suit. Put your safety boots or shoes on and step through the opened zipper into the right trouser leg. Repeat for the left leg.
Option 2: Protective Suit made of Tychem® C -
Open the protective suit. Step through the opened zipper into the right trouser leg (without shoes). Repeat for the left leg.

Pull the leg cuff upward and put your boot on over the suit. Pull the leg cuff over the boot.

Guide the hose for the airline supply through the entry tunnel into the suit. Connect the airline supply to the input coupling. Close and seal the tunnel by closing the hook-and-loop fastener tightly around the hose.

Place your left arm into the left sleeve and glove of the suit. Place your right arm into the right sleeve. If necessary, a cotton glove can be worn as an under glove.

Open the airline supply. The whistle will sound briefl y as the pressure increases. Open or close the zippers of the vest to regulate the cooling effect.

Slip the hood over your head. The air should noticeably fl ow over your back. Have the zipper and the cover fl ap on the back closed by another person.

If necessary, you can use overgloves. Pull the sleeve cuffs over them, if applicable (with Tychem® F suits)
