Assembly and Use

Pull down the horizontal pipe as shown in the figure, andensurethattheblack plastic part is clamped into the rivet.

Remove the black protective sleeve at both ends of the shaft.

Press the n-type spring down toward the wheel center, andat thesametime, push it inward toward the axle, then release it, and pull thewheel outward to snap it into the axle groove.

Open the seat face downward to make it look like the oneshownintheright-down figure.

Pass the frame through the middle of the bag and fix theVelcroat eachposition.
Troubleshooting Instruction
