Product Information

The F1583 is a file cabinet from Tribesigns. It comes in six parts, namely P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, and P6. The assembly instructions are provided for each part separately. The product has screws and parts that need to be assembled carefully, and the user needs to avoid tightening the screws completely at first.

Product Usage Instructions

Assembly Instruction for F1583 P1
The assembly of F1583 P1 requires the following parts:

• 1 Shelf (T)
• 1 Piece of Part 6
• 1 Piece of Part 7
• 2 Pieces of Part 8
• 6 Pieces of Part A
• 1 Piece of Part B
• 26 Screws M7X50

Follow these steps to assemble F1583 P1

1. Attach Part 6 to the bottom of the Shelf (T) using two screws M7X50.
2. Attach Part 7 to the back of the Shelf (T) using two screws M7X50.
3. Attach two Pieces of Part 8 to the sides of the Shelf (T) using four screws M7X50.
4. Attach six Pieces of Part A to the Shelf (T) using six screws M7X50.
5. Attach one Piece of Part B to the top of the Shelf (T) using two screws M7X50.
6. Tighten all screws after all parts are put together.

Assembly Instruction for F1583 P2
The assembly of F1583 P2 requires the following parts:

• 1 Piece of Part 1
• 1 Piece of Part 2
• 3 Pieces of Part 3
• 4 Pieces of Part B
• 12 Screws M7X50

Follow these steps to assemble F1583 P2:

1. Attach one Piece of Part 1 to one Piece of Part 2 using two screws M7X50.
2. Attach four Pieces of Part B to the corners of the assembly from Step 1 using eight screws M7X50.
3. Attach two Pieces of Part 3 to the assembly from Step 2 using four screws M7X50.
4. Tighten all screws after all parts are put together.

Assembly Instruction for F1583 P3
The assembly of F1583 P3 requires the following parts:

• 4 Pieces of Part A
• 4 Pieces of Part 4
• 1 Piece of Part 5
• 6 Screws M7X50

Follow these steps to assemble F1583 P3:

1. Attach four Pieces of Part A to four Pieces of Part 4 using four screws M7X50.
2. Attach the assembly from Step 1 to one Piece of Part 5 using two screws M7X50.
3. Attach two Pieces of Part 3 to the assembly from Step 2 using four screws M7X50.
4. Attach one Piece of Part B to the top of the assembly from Step 3 using two screws M7X50.
5. Tighten all screws after all parts are put together.

The assembly of F1583 P4 requires the following parts:

• 4 Pieces of Part A
• 4 Pieces of Part 8
• 1 Piece of Part B
• 8 Screws M7X50

Follow these steps to assemble F1583 P4:

1. Attach four Pieces of Part A to four Pieces of Part 8 using four screws M7X50.
2. Attach the assembly from Step 1 to one Piece of Part B using two screws M7X50.
3. Attach one Piece of Part 2 to the assembly from Step 2 using two screws M7X50.
4. Tighten all screws after all parts are put together.

The assembly of F1583 P5 requires the following parts:

• 2 Pieces of Part A
• 1 Piece of Part 9
• 4 Pieces of Part B
• 7 Screws M7X50

Follow these steps to assemble F1583 P5:

1. Attach two Pieces of Part A to one Piece of Part 9 using two screws M7X50.
2. Attach one Piece of Part 2 to the assembly from Step 1 using two screws M7X50.
3. Attach four Pieces of Part B to the corners of the assembly from Step 2 using four screws M7X50.
4. Attach one Piece of Part 7 to the center of the assembly from Step 3 using one screw M7X50.
5. Tighten all screws after all parts are put together.

Assembly Instruction for F1583 P6

The assembly of F1583 P6 requires the following parts:

• 2 Pieces of Part Z

Follow these steps to assemble F1583 P6:

1. Attach two Pieces of Part Z together.
