Product Information
FORTIRACK
The FORTIRACK is a 1U rack mount kit designed to support the following models of network appliances:
- FORTIGATE 80E/81E
- FORTIGATE 70D
- FORTIGATE 90D / 92D
- FORTIGATE 90E / 91E
The FORTIRACK comes in RAL 9003 White color and has the following dimensions:
- Packing Dimensions: 80 x 520 x 270 mm (3.14 x 20.47 x 10.63 in)
- Product Dimensions: 44 x 482 x 217 mm (height x width x depth) (1.73 x 18.98 x 8.54 in)
The package contents include:
- 1 FortiRack + RJ45 couplers
- 5 Zip ties
- 2 Bolts M3x6mm
- 16 Cables – 0.5 meter
The industrial version of the FORTIRACK is supplied with shielded couplers and cables.
Product Usage Instructions
FORTIRACK
To mount your network appliance on the FORTIRACK, follow these instructions:
- Place the power supply on the rack and tie it down with the 2 zip ties.
- Remove the 4 rubber feet from the bottom of the FortiGate.
- Place your FortiGate on the rack & fix the FortiGate with the 2 bolts from the bottom and tighten it lightly.
- Tie the excess length of the power cable down with the 3rd zip tie.
- Connect the cables from your FortiGate to the connectors.
- Optional: use two zip ties to hold the cables together.
- Place your FortiRack in your 19 inch rack.

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the power supply on the rack and tie it down with the 2 zip ties.
- Remove the 4 rubber feet from the bottom of the FortiGate.
- Place your FortiGate on the rack & fix the FortiGate with the 2 bolts from the bottom and tighten it lightly.
