Product Information

The HCM-T7 water dispenser purifier is designed and manufactured to the highest standards to provide unlimited high-quality, healthy, and tasty water in cold, hot, or ambient temperature. It features an internal smart filtration system and comes with various buttons to dispense hot water small cup, extra hot/reboiling, and set water temperature. The dispenser also has a child-lock function, cooling on/off function, and filter lifespan setting.

Product Usage Instructions

Hot Water Small Cup Dispensing: To dispense hot water in small cup size, follow the instructions below:

• * If the child-lock function is ON, long press the CJ button for 2 seconds until you hear the buzzer sound and see the light turn from white to red. The machine will start dispensing hot water in small cup size until it finishes, and the light will turn back to white. You can press any button to stop the dispensing in advance.

  • If the child-lock function is OFF, just press the CJ button once after you hear the buzzer sound and see the light turn from white to red. The machine will start dispensing hot water in small cup size until it finishes, and the light will turn back to white. You can press any button to stop the dispensing in advance.
  • Note: When the machine is in sterilizing/heating status, the CJ button light will always show red until it finishes and then turn back to white.

Extra Hot/Reboiling Function: To start or close the reboil function, press the button with red and white light.

Water Temperature Setting: To set the water temperature, follow the instructions below:

• * Press the D and the up-arrow button icon simultaneously to make the icon blink.

  • Press the up-arrow or down-arrow button to increase or decrease the temperature by 2 or 3 degrees, respectively.
  • You can skip this step by pressing enter to go to extra hot water temperature setting status. During this status, you will see the extra hot icon blinking. Press the CJ button to increase the temperature or any other button to stop it.
  • Note: Anytime you activate the temperature setting status, the hot and extra hot temperature data will automatically restore the factory setting. If you want a different temperature, you need to reset it.

Cooling On/Off Function: To turn off or on the cooling function, press the F and the down-arrow button icon together for one second. Note that anytime the machine power off to restart, cooling function is always default on.

Child-Lock Function: To turn off or on the child-lock function, press the D and CJ button icon together for one second.

• * If the child lock is ON, long-press the D or CJ button for 2 seconds to start hot water big cup or hot water small cup dispensing function.

  • If the child lock is OFF, short-press the D or CJ button for 1 second to start hot water big cup or hot water small cup dispensing function.

Filter Lifespan Setting: To check the filter lifespan and reset it, follow the instructions below:

• * Check the filter life pattern comparison data sheet to see the used flow and the corresponding ambient water button color.

  • Calculation method: Calculation with flow-meter simultaneously, which one reached first as consumer standard.
  • When the lifespan of the filter is less than 200L, the dispensing button light will turn red. When the filter element life is due, every 3 hours, you will hear the buzzer sound 3 times and see @ flash 10S in red color until it is reset.
  • Filter Life Reset: Keep pressing both hot big cup Q and ambient water @ together for 5 seconds (the buzzer sounded), and filter life is reset.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

1. Keep electrical appliances out of reach from children. Do not let them to operate the appliances without supervision.
2. To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the product, cord or plug into water or any other liquids.
3. This product is not intended for use by person(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
4. If the power cord or plug is damaged, it must be replaced by the service centre or a qualified service technician to avoid hazard.

WARNING: to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or injury to persons or property, please read and follow below instructions carefully.

1. Always operate the product from a power source of the same voltage, frequency and rating as indicated on the product identification marking.
2. Do not operate this product if it has malfunctioned, damaged cord or plug or appears damaged in any way. Return the complete product to the place of purchase for inspection, repair or replacement.
3. This product should not be used in the immediate vicinity of water, such as bathtub, washbowls, swimming pool etc. where the likelihood of immersion or splashing could occur.
4. Always switch off and unplug the plug from outlet when not in use, before assem­bling or disassembling parts and before cleaning. Fully assemble the set before operating.
5. Avoid contacting with moving parts. Do not insert any object through the guard when the set is operating.
6. Always disconnect the appliance when moving it from one location to another.

OPERATION USER INTERFACE(UI)

1. CD Hot water big cup(Default 500ml) :Red & White two color light
2. old water big cup(Default 500ml)/UV working indication :Blue & White two color light ® Hot water small cup(Default 180ml):Red & White two color light
3. Cold water small cup(Default 180ml):Blue & White two color light
4. Extra Hot/Reboiling :Red & White two color light
5. Ambient water big cup (Default 500ml)/Filter reminder :Red & White two color light

DESCRIPTION OF BUTTON FUNCTIONS AND OPERATION

1. Hot water big cup (Default 500ml) button: Red and white two color light and it is used to dispense hot water big cup.

   • When the child-lock function on
     Keep long press button 2 seconds after you hear the buzzer sounds and the light turn from white to red, the machine began to dispense hot water big cup till it finish the light will turn back white. You can press any button to stop in advance as well.

   • When the child-lock function off
     Just press button once after you hear the buzzer sounds and the light turn from white to red, the machine began to dispense hot water big cup till it finish the light will turn back white. You can press any button to stop in advance as well.

2. Hot water small cup (Default 180ml) button: Red and white two color light show. It is used to dispense hot water small cup and indication of heating status.

   • When the child-lock function on
     Keep long press button 2 seconds after you hear the buzzer sounds and the light turn from white to red, the machine began to dispense hot water small cup till it finish the light will turn back white. You can press any button to stop in advance as well.

   • When the child-lock function off****  

Just press button once after you hear the buzzer sounds and the light turn from white to red, the machine began to dispense hot water small cup till it finish the light will turn back white. You can press any button to stop in advance.
Anytime, When machine is in sterilizing/heating status the button light always show red till it finish then turn back white.

3. Extra hot/Reboiling button: Red and white light, it is used to start and close the reboil function. When the reboiling function is activated, light turn from white to red, until hot water reach the setting temperature(Default is 95°C) then light turn back white again, Default light on is white and you can press any time to stop in advanced.

4. Cold water big cup (Default 500ml} button: Blue and white two color light show, it is used to dispense cold water big cup and indication of UVC working.
   Just press button once and the buzzer sounds, both blue and white Led light on then the machine began to dispense cold water big cup till it finish, the light will turn back white, you can press any button to stop in advance.

5. Cold water small cup (Default 180ml} button: Blue and white two color light and it is used to dispense cold water small cup and indication of cooling status.
   Just press button once after you hear the buzzer sounds and the light turn from white to blue, the machine began to dispense cold water small cup till it finish the light will turn back white, you can press any button to stop in advance as well. Anytime, When machine is in cooling status the @ button light always show blue till it finish then turn back white.

6. Ambient water big cup (Default 500ml) button/ Filter replace reminder: Red and white two color light and it is used to dispense ambient water big cup, the default light
   show white but when the life of filter element is due, the light will become red and make buzzer, which remind the customer it’s time to replace filter.
   Just press button once after you hear the buzzer sounds and the light turn from white to blue, the machine began to dispense ambient water big cup till it finish the light will turn back white, you can press any button to stop in advance as well.

7. UVC LED Sterilizer working principle:

   • UVC always follow the rule of “working 2 hours and stop 1 hour” as cycle.
   • When the UVC working, Both blue and white light of light on at the same time.
   • Anytime dispensing cold & ambient water the UVC starts work, and when stop the light turn back white.
   • When the UVC fails, the flash 3 times every 2 hours.

SETTING

Water temperate setting

• Hot water temperature setting (Default is 90 C)  fl»
  Press and icon together one second and till you can see icon blinking, then  ° you can start set the hot water temp, to increase press , each press increase 1 C and maximum increase 2 degree, to decrease you need press , each press decrease 1 degree and maximum decrease 3 degree. You can skip this step by press enter into extra hot water temp setting status.

• Extra hoUReboiling temp setting (Default is 95 C)
  During extra hot temp setting status you will see the extra hot icon blinking, then you can start set the extra hot water temp, to increase press ,each press increase° 1 C and maximum increase 1 degree ,to decrease press , each press decrease 1 degree and maximum decrease 1 degree. you can skip this step by press to exit the setting status.

Attention : Anytime when customer active the temp setting status, the hot and extra hot temp data will automatically restore the factory setting , if u request different temp you need re-setting.

Cooling on/off function
Press and icon together one second to turn off the cooling function, you can press and one more time to tun on the cooling function.
Notes: Anytime the machine power off to restart, cooling function is always default on)

Child-Lock on/off setting (Default is “ON”)
Press and icon together one second to off the child lock function, you can press and one more time to on ))) the child-lock function.

1. When the child lock on, long push or for 2 seconds to start hot water big cup or hot water small cup dispensing function.
2. When the child lock off, short push or  for 1 second to start hot water big cup or hot water small cup dispensing function.

Filter Lifespan Setting

2. Calculation method: Calculation with flow-meter simultaneously, which one reached first as consumer standard.

3. When the lifespan of filter is less than 200L, the dispensing button light turn red. when the filter element life is due, every 3 hours you will hear the buzzer sounds 3 times and flash 10S in red color until it was reset.

4. Filter Life reset:
   Keep pressing both hot big cup and ambient water together for 5 seconds (The buzzer sounded), and filter life is reset.

5. Filter Replacement guideline and functionality instruction

DESCRIPTION OF NIGHT LIGHT &PROGRAM MEMORY

• The night light is always on show blue light as default.
• When dispensing hot water the night light will turn red color.
• When dispensing cold water the night light will turn blue color.
• When dispensing ambient water the night light will turn red and blue both.
• When the machine is powered off, all settings data could be save for one week long, otherwise you need re-setting.
• Any buttons are touched, the buzzer will be activated, and the sound with a chord voice.

MACHINE FIRST TIME USE ATTENTIONS

1. Before power on, Pis check whether the input water pipeline is well connected?Make sure the heating switch on the back is on OFF(0) status.
   Note ON–(1) side, OFF -(0) side]

2. Connect the plug to the power supply, start to dispense hot or cold water first.

Hot water: Keep press or 2 seconds wait till see the water come out from the outlet nozzle (Default hot water child lock function is on, so you need press 2S to dispense hot water ) Cold water: Press or wait till see water come out from the outlet nozzle. 3) Turn on the heating switch at the back of the machine to start the heating function.

Dry heating protection alarm and Compressor protection function program.

1. When the heating element sensor detects there is a dry heating, system will stop heating, and you will see both  and button keep flashing,The dry heating alarm protection can be remove only after the power off and re-start the machine again.
2. When the cooling is over (the cold water temp reaches the setting value 5 degree), the compressor stop working and the cooling function can not re-start within 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, if the cold water temp reaches the cooling start temp point and compressor starts work again, if the temp does not reach the cooling start temp point after 4 minutes, the compressor protection function ends.

MACHINE WORKING PRINCIPLE

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION & PARAMETER

INSTALLATION&UNPACKING

Please cut off water source before replacing filters.Never plug filters in water running state.

1. Open the top of the packing case,take out the top foam and its accessories .. put the accessories aside.
2. Unpack the product,install the water collector.
3. Take out the quick joint,and install it on the water pipe.
4. Filter should be cleaned for the first use.Turn on the faucet to flush the filter for 10 minutes, When installing the machine, please pay attention to the installation dimension in case for the blocking of air inlet and outlet.
5. Drip tray cover must be properly placed inside the machine. No suspending in midair in case of falling off.
6. Take out the pin of the quick joint at the rear of the product’s base plate.and then take out the blue plug. Insert the water inlet PE pipe in the quick joint,and tighten the pin.
7. The water cooler plug cord into a ground fault interrupter receptacle.After installing, supply power.and begin to use the Water purifier.
8. When installing filter and replace filter please turn off the water and power supply before installation and replacement.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

In case of failure, please carry out inspection according to the requirements below. If unresolved, please contact the local service agency.

Notes : It is a normal state that the following circumstances occur when the water purifier is used.

1. During the heating, the heating tube may generate slight noises. This is a normal state.
2. When the heating element is being heated without water, the anti dry-heating device will disconnect automatically. You need to make sure there’s water supply and power off the dispenser, wait for 5 minutes and power on again.
