Could be a variety of different things such as the wiring being bad for your headphones or the input jack to your controller could be messed up. You could have unfortunately purchased a set of headphones out of the box. I’ve had the headset for what I believe to be about a month maybe two months now and I have had no issues using it for both my PC and most recently my Xbox to play Madden and CoD. I’d advise you to troubleshoot as far as you can until you you’re forced to return it. I’ve returned many things to Amazon and I can guarantee you that it’s a breeze of a process.
