Thank you for choosing our product. In order for you to enjoy the knives for a long time, please observe the following instructions:

WARNING: Risk of Injury!

• The blades of the knives and scissors are sharp! Handle the knives and scissors with due care!
• Never test the sharpness of a knife by running your finger along the blade.
• Keep the knife block with the knives and scissors out of the reach of children.

CAUTION:

• Cutting on glass or granite surfaces will make the knife dull more quickly.
• Do not clean the knives, knife block and scissors in the dishwasher.
• Do not use any harsh or abrasive cleaners.

Cleaning and Care

• Clean the knives before the first and after each use in hot water, while adding detergent. Always keep the sharp end of the knife away from you and hold the knife by the handle. Then, dry the knife with a towel before placing it back into the knife block.
• Clean the knife block with a moist towel. If the knife block is made of wood, do not immerse it in water.
• You can wipe the scissors with a damp cloth.

Sharpening

• If a knife should no longer have the desired sharpness, you may regain it with a commercially available abrasive (sharpening steel, knife sharpener, etc.).
• You can also sharpen the scissors (sharpening steel, etc.).
