VISUAL COMFORT S2203 Halle 24 Inch Vanity Light
Product Information
The Halle 24 Vanity Light, Item # S2203, is a light fixture designed to be
mounted on a junction box. The product is sold
without bulbs. The package includes a fixture body (G), mounting plate (B),
side screws (F and H), wood screws (C), and anchors (A).
Product Usage Instructions
- Inspect the item and contents carefully before installation. Do not install if any damage or defect is found. Retain all packaging material until installation is complete and approved.
- Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the side screws (F) from the mounting plate (B) and fixture body (G).
- Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the side screws (H) from the fixture body (G) and lantern (I).
- Using the mounting plate (B) as a guide, line it up with the junction box and mark the anchor positions using a pencil.
- Using a drill bit slightly smaller than the anchor, drill holes in the marked positions. Install anchors (A) into holes using a hammer.
- Install the mounting plate (B) to the junction box and secure it with mounting screws (D). Then, secure wood screws (C) to anchors (A).
- Wrap the fixture ground wire (green) around the green grounding screw on the mounting plate (B) and tighten it.
- Attach the fixture body (G) to the mounting plate (B) and secure it with side screws (F).
- Insert a light bulb into the socket.
- Attach the lantern (I) to the fixture body (G) and secure it with side screws (H).
Care Instructions
Clean the fixture only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do not use abrasive or chemical agents.

operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. Inspect item and contents
carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not install. Retain all

- Hammer
- Slotted Screwdriver
- Pencil
Assembly Instruction

Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface.

Remove mounting plate (B) from fixture body (G) by removing side screws (F).

Remove lantern (I) from fixture body (G) by removing side screws (H).

Using mounting plate (B) as a guide, line up with the junction box and mark anchor positions.

Using a drill bit slightly smaller than the anchor, drill holes in the marked positions. Install anchors (A) into holes using hammer.

Install mounting plate (B) to junction box and secure with mounting screws (D), then secure wood screws (C) to anchors (A).

Wrap fixture ground wire (green) around the green grounding screw (see diagram 1). Tighten. Continue fixture ground wire and connect to supply ground wire (usually green or bare copper) using wire nut (E).
NOTE: It is imperative that the fixture is grounded. -
Connect fixture neutral wire (white) to the supply neutral wire (usually white) using wire nut (E).

Connect fixture hot wire (black) to the supply hot wire (usually black) using wire nut (E).
CAUTION: Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections. -
Make sure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck into the junction box.
