If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Ensure power is off before cleaning. Clean with a mild glass cleaner and soft cloth. Apply liquid cleaner to cloth. Do not spray fixture itself.
WARRANTY
This fixture is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of original purchase. Call 866-994-4148 to obtain a Return Authorization number and further instructions. The manufacturer will be liable for the replacement of the defective item and will not be liable for any other loss, damage, or injury which is caused by the product.

operate or install the product.
WARNING
- Be sure the electricity to the wires you are working on is shut off. Either remove the fuse or turn off the circuit breaker.
- Risk of fire or electric shock. Luminaire wiring and electrical parts may be damaged when drilling for installation of LED retrofit kit. Check for enclosed wiring and components.
SAFETY INFORMATION
- Risk of fire or electric shock. LED retrofit kit installation requires knowledge of luminaires electrical systems. If not qualified, do not attempt installation. Contact a qualified electrician. Install this kit only in the luminaires that have the construction features and dimensions shown in the photographs and/or drawings and where the input rating of the retrofit kit does not exceed the input rating of the luminaire.
- To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects.
- When flush mounted, the edge of the luminaire need to be sealed with glue after installation.
