Product Information

Beams Mono EL is a radiator that provides efficient heating in residential and commercial spaces. The product comes with mounting instructions that need to be followed carefully for safe and proper installation. The radiator is designed to be mounted on a load-bearing wall using appropriate screws and plugs. The product comes with all the necessary mounting accessories in the packaging or between the radiator pipes.

Mounting Instructions

1. Check the bearing surface for load-carrying capacity. Ensure that the wall can support the weight of the heatsink.
2. Select suitable screws and plugs based on the type of wall. Contact your dealer for advice on choosing the right type of screws and plugs. Observe special requirements for public buildings. Wall plugs and screws are not provided for safety reasons.
3. Follow the rules for electrical installation of the country where the product is installed.
4. The radiator should be mounted on a vertical wall with a minimum distance of 150mm from the floor.
5. The radiator must not be mounted with an upward-facing power connection.
6. The radiator can be mounted in volume 2 or 3 of a bathroom, provided that the mounting position is outside the reach of people in the bathtub or shower. The minimum distance to any shelf above the radiator should be at least 50mm.
7. The radiator does not need to be connected to the grounding system.

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

• Contact your dealer for the right type of screws and plugs.
• Observe special requirements for e.g. public buildings.
• Please respect the rules for electrical installation of the country where the product is installed.
• Mounting accessories are included in the packaging or inserted between the radiator pipes.

• The diagram shows how to correctly install the radiator.
• The radiator can be installed in volumes 2 or 3 of a bathroom as long as that position is beyond the arm’s reach of anyone in the bath or in the shower.
• The minimal distance from a console above the radiator is 50mm.
• The radiator need not be connected to an earth strap.
• The radiator should never be installed with the power cable at the top.
• The radiator should be hung vertically, using the mountings and fastenings provided, and at least 150mm off the floor.
