Product Information

The Slimline Touchpad is a central hub of the Alula Smart Security System. It has a 7-inch touchscreen that allows users to control their security system, view live and recorded videos, interact with visitors, and control smart lights and other Z-Wave smart devices. The touchpad has similar controls to the mobile app for easy usage. It also allows users to customize settings such as sound, display, wallpaper, user and system controls. The touchpad can be used to access sensors, smart devices, and cameras. It also has the option to create, modify, and delete automated triggers and actions.

Product Usage Instructions

To use the Slimline Touchpad of the Alula Smart Security System:

Arrange the system components used most often on the home dashboard for easy access.
Tap on the touchpad to change the state of the system.
Select the STAY icon to arm your system while you are still at home. Motion detectors will be disabled.
Select AWAY when you plan to leave. This setting keeps all motion detectors active.
Use ARMED NIGHT when you are on premises overnight. Your system will arm immediately without an exit delay, motion detectors can be either active or inactive based on preference.
When setting your system to STAY or AWAY, the system status will show ARMING and an EXIT DELAY countdown will start. This gives you time to leave the premise before the system is activated.
Press any zone to rename, bypass, or customize notifications.
Activate screen saver when not in use.
Access cameras, zones, smart devices, and scenes for monitoring and control.
Initiate contact with emergency personnel if needed.
Contact your Alula security dealer with any questions or to add a touchpad to your system.

The 7” Touchscreen on your Alula Smart Security System is the central hub for keeping tabs on everything that happens with your system. Arm, disarm and check sensor status. View live and recorded video and interact with visitors at the front door. Control smart lights and all your other Z-Wave smart devices. Plus, the controls are the same as the mobile app so you can rest assured that using your Touchpad will be simple, easy and fit in with your busy schedule.

Arming Functions

Select the STAY icon to arm your system while you are still at home. Motion detectors will be disabled.
Set your security system to AWAY when you plan to leave. This setting keeps all motion detectors active.
