Product Information
The product is available in two models: EST-AH and EST-C. The product comes with a delimer switch, on/off power switch, detergent switch, drain switch, rinse switch, and a sani switch. It has a 1 1/2 water inlet and a 2 drain outlet. The product has a peristaltic pump and a CMA energy saver. It also has a poly proTM scrap accumulator and 4 leveling legs. The product is shipped without a thermometer installed, but a thermometer is included in the dishwasher, zip-tied to the dishrack. The dishwasher requires a hard wire power supply and compliance with all Federal, State, and Local Health, Electrical, Plumbing, and Safety codes.
Product Usage Instructions
- Connect the dishmachine to a hot water source recommended at 140 degrees Fahrenheit (minimum temperature required is 120 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Connect a 2 drain pipe (not supplied) from the scrap accumulator to the floor or wall drain.
- Insert tube stiffener with chemical tubing into each corresponding chemical dispensers.
- Level the dishmachine by adjusting the leveling legs. The dishmachine must be level front and back to ensure proper performance.
- Press the FILL/START switch and hold it in the FILL position until the water overflows into the scrap accumulator.
- Open the dishmachine doors completely. Closing the doors will automatically activate the machine.
Note: All electrical and plumbing connections should be made by a licensed service person and comply with all Federal, State, and Local Health, Electrical, Plumbing, and Safety codes. The thermometer needs to be installed using Teflon tape to prevent leaking.

Press the “FILL/START” switch. Hold in the “FILL” position until the water overflows into the scrap accumulator.

Open dishmachine doors completely. Closing the doors will automatically activate the machine.
