Troubleshooting
Problem Solution
I cannot power on or charge my devices when connected to PowerStation1500
  • Turn on the main power button.

  • Make sure you have turned on the AC or DC power button. Check the corresponding LED indicator to ensure that the AC or DC output is operating.

  • Check the battery capacity. If the battery capacity is less than 10%, the PowerStation1500 will be unable to charge your devices. Ensure to recharge your PowerStation1500 before use.

  • The load power connected may have exceeded the power output of the PowerStation1500. Each port has a limited capacity to power the loads.

**** I cannot turn on the AC/ DC output power when the PowerStation1500 is charging, either from the AC outlet receptacle or the solar panels| When the PowerStation1500 is charging from the AC outlet or solar panels, the display is turned on to show the charging progress, but the PowerStation1500 system is not actually running, so no output can be turned on.

Press and hold the main power button for 3 seconds to turn on the PowerStation1500. Now you may turn on the AC/DC output by pressing the respective button.

Note: It is not recommended that you charge and discharge the PowerStation1500 simultaneously to protect the battery lifespan.

If your PowerStation1500 shows error code, refer to the codes below:

Frequently Asked Questions
  1. How do I know if my PowerStation1500 is charged?
To check the charge level of your PowerStation1500, refer to the Battery Display. When lit upv, you’ll see a battery display with 5 segments. If the battery is fully charged, the icon would stop flashing and all 5 segments will be filled . You can use the PowerStation1500 even when it’s not fully charged.

  2. Can my PowerStation1500 charge my electronic devices/appliances?
You need to check the power at each output port. For example, the power at AC output port is provided by the built-in inverter of the product, whose maximum continuous output power is 1000 W. This means that it is only suitable for electronic device with a power requirement of less than 1000 W.

  3. Can my PowerStation1500 charge and discharge simultaneously?
Yes, but it is not recommended to charge and discharge at the same time in order to protect the battery life.

  4. Can I charge my PowerStation1500 by using two solar panels in series?
Yes, just make sure the total open circuit voltage (VOC) of the solar panels are less than 40 V, otherwise it may trigger the charging overvoltage protection or cause damage.

  5. Can I use two PowerStation1500 in parallel?
    No.

  6. Can I use the PowerStation1500 to power up my refrigerator or air conditioner?
Yes, but only for low power refrigerators or air conditioners, where the total power is significantly lower than 1000 W. The starting power of refrigerators and air conditioners are generally 5~7 times more than the rated power, which easily triggers AC overload.

  7. Can I use third party solar panels with my PowerStation1500?
Yes, you can use third party solar panel to power up the PowerStation1500. Make sure the solar panel output range voltage is within 16 V to 60 V, and the connector is compatible with our PowerStation1500’s input charging port.
