WARNING
- SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR AND DAMP LOCATIONS. DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER. WHEN USING OUTDOOR INSTALL ABOVE GROUND LEVEL AT MIN 4.7 ft (1.4 m) WITH RECEPTACLE POINTED DOWN WHEN OUTDOOR.
- KEEP THE PLUG AND OUTLETS DRY. Connect only to a receptacle or a cord rated for outdoor use. Onlv receptacles or cords rated for outdoor use can ensure water-proof connection (IP65 rating).
WARNING Risk of fire and product damage!
- This plug should only be used with devices which produce resistive loads (e.g. luminaries, heaters etc.).
- Never connect devices which produce inductive loads (e.g. fans, refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines etc.).
CAUTION Risk of electric shock!
Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the product. If a direct
short is created on the output, the product will be damaged and will no longer
function.
- The supply cord of this product cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged, the product should be discarded.
- To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not use this product in General Patient Care Areas or Critical Patient Care Areas. This product has not been evaluated for use where Article 517 of the National Electrical Code requires Hospital Grade components.
- Always close the silicone cover when the given outlet is not in use.
- This product is voltage-free only when unplugged.
- Connect the product directly to an easily accessible grounded receptacle only.
- Do not use the product with power strips or extension cords.
- Keep away from heat sources.
- Keep away from children.
- Do not position the product in water or in places where water can collect.

Before First Use
DANGER Risk of suffocation!
Keep any packaging materials away from children and pets – these materials are
a potential source of danger, e.g. suffocation.
- Remove all the packing materials.
- Remove and review all components before use.
- Check the product for transport damages.
- Before connecting the product to the power supply, check that the power supply voltage and current rating corresponds with the power supply details shown on the product rating label.

Problem 1 How to do a factory reset?
Solution 1 Press and hold the power button (B) with “outlet 2” marking for 10 seconds. Release the button once you see the outlet 2 indicator blinking green and red alternatively. When outlet 2 indicator blinks green, reset is complete. Then set up the device again. -
Problem 2 Amazon Alexa app cannot find or connect to the device.
Solution 2- Check that your phone/tablet and the Alexa app have the latest software version.
- Make sure that your phone/tablet and your device are connected to the same 2.4 GHz network. The device is not compatible with 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks or 4G/5G Mobile networks.
- Check that your phone/tablet is within 30′ (10 m) of your device.
- Restart your device. To restart, unplug the device from the receptacle and plug it back in. If you have restarted your device and it still is not working, follow solution 1 to do a factory reset.

Problem 3 Error code (-1:-1:-1:-1) displays on the screen.
Solution 3 Make sure your phone/tablet has Bluetooth® turned on throughout the entire setup process and the device vou are trying to setup is in pairing mode. Then set up again. -
Problem 4 Lost connection or Wi-Fi connection is not stable.
Solution 4 Make sure the device is placed within Wi-Fi range. Move the device closer to the Wi-Fi router or use a Wi-Fi range extender.

- CAUTION When using outdoors, connect only to a receptacle or cord rated for outdoor use.
- NOTICE The product must be mounted on a vertical position with the outlets (E) and (F) facing downward. Mount the product as instructed in this chapter.
- NOTICE Use the suitable mounting hardware for the wall type. Consult your local hardware store when in doubt.
- NOTICE The hole size and depth depend on the fastener used. The fastener and mounting surface must be able to withstand the combined weight of the product and of the connected cords with plugs
- Connect the product to a receptacle. Mark the position of the hole on the mounting bracket (G) (Fig. 1).
- Drill a hole. Insert wall plug for concrete wall (Fig. 2).
- Insert the screw into the hole, leaving it protruding from the wall (Fig. 3)
- Hang the product on the screw. Connect the plug to the receptacle (Fig. 4). Tighten the screw for a secure fit, if needed.

- To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
