To ensure the safe assembly and operation of the product, these instructions must be followed. FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY TO THE USER OR DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT.

- DO NOT assemble and use this product without first reading and understanding this user guide, otherwise, injury or damage may occur.

CAUTIONS
Users with limited physical strength and/or mobility should be supervised and/or assisted while using the product. Prior to use, ensure the following:
- All push buttons are fully protruded and are properly engaged.
- There are no loose, broken, or missing components and ensure all parts are secure.
- When using the backrest, ensure the product remains balanced. Excessive twisting or turning while seated on the bench may cause a loss of balance and/or damage to the product.
- All four legs touch the floor simultaneously at all times.
- The tips on the leg extensions do not contain any rips, wear, or are missing. Immediately replace missing or damaged tips.
ASSEMBLY

Remove contents from the box.

Lay the transfer bench upside down on a flat surface.

Attach the leg with the large suction cup (marked “A”) by depressing the pushbutton and inserting it into the receptacle tube marked “A” until the pushbutton snaps and locks into place. Repeat for the second leg (Figure 1).

Attach the leg with a small rubber tip (marked “B”) by depressing the pushbutton and inserting it into the receptacle tube marked “B” until the pushbutton snaps and locks into place. Repeat for the second leg (Figure 2).

Turn the transfer bench right-side-up. Depress armrest pushbuttons and slide into the armrest receptacle tubes with the armrest arching outwards. (Figure 3).

To assemble the backrest, insert the pole into the backrest support by depressing the pushbutton and sliding it into the receptacle tube until it locks into place. Repeat for the second pole (Figure 4).

Insert the backrest into the base by depressing pushbuttons and sliding supports through both receptacle tubes.
CAUTION: Backrest must be locked and secured in each receptacle tube. (Figure 5). NOTE: Back support is reversible to accommodate left or right tub entry. You can also change the seat depth of your transfer bench by pushing the pins under the seat and sliding the tubes forward until the pins lock into place. Place legs with suction cups into the bathtub.
Leg Height Adjustment
- Before use, adjust the height of each leg to your specific needs, making sure all legs are at the same height. When your desired height is reached, lock your legs into place by aligning buttons with holes until they “snap” into place.
- Make sure legs are locked into place by pushing down or by pulling up on legs.
MAINTENANCE
Periodic visual inspection of this bench is recommended to ensure that all parts and hardware are secure; that components are in good working order and not worn, torn or loose; and that there are no obstructions or impediments to normal, safe operation. CLEANING
- Clean with regular household cleaning products. Use a non-abrasive cleaner with warm water. Wipe dry after cleaning.
- DO NOT use abrasive powders, cleaners, or scouring pads.
