Installation Method

Attention One: Install the knife correctly according to the picture. The knife needs to be installed in reverse, otherwise it will damage the knife.

Attention Two: Using the machine for a long time can shorten the service life of the motor. It is recommended that the continuous use should not exceed one hour to improve the service life of machine. It is best for machine to rest 15 mins after working for half an hour continuously

Use and Maintenance

  • Before use, make sure that the voltage and frequency indicated onthebottomplateare the same as your local supply, and that the external earthed wireisreliableconnected.
  • Please wash all the parts contacting with the food in warmsoapy water, followedbyT-joint, transmission anger, cutting blades, meat plates. (Do not washthepartsthatdo not touch food) Then tighten the nut, connect the power, openthecontrol switch,the machine start working.
  • Before plugging in, ensure switch is off.
  • Cutting meat into strips or cubes that smaller than the opening onthefeedingtube.Note: make sure the meat is free of bone, tough tendon and meat skin, etc.
  • Place the meat onto the tray. Use pusher to gently push the meat intothecuttinghousing.
  • Do not grind hard foods such as bone and nut
  • When finished mince the meat, please turn off the device and unplugfromitselectrical outlet.
  • Clean the device thoroughly, add oil to the accessories which directlycontactthemeat. A little salad oil on machine accessories after washing anddryingwill keepthem lubricated.
  • Never try to undo the parts or to repair the unit by yourself. If thesupplycordisdamaged, it must be replaced by a special cord from your dealer or itsserviceagent.

Trouble Shooting
If the minced meat is not discharged smoothly or in the formof plate, the cause and remedies could be:

  • The screw cap is too tight or cutting blade does not contact properlywiththecuttingplate. Readjust it.
  • The cutting plate is blocked. Clean it.
  • Cutting blade edge are dull. Grind or replace the blade.
  • Fats from meat can build up inside the grinder tube which may damagethemotor.Ifthis occurs, stop the grinder immediately and wash parts in warmwater.
  • When the motor is locked, or when the motor continues to function, but nomeatcomes out of cutting plate, due to jamming of bone or other materialsthat stopthemotor, please switch off, and clearing jamming of bone or other materials.

Safety Precautions:

  • This product is appropriate for indoor use only.
  • Unplug when assembling or disassembling the unit. Close supervisionisnecessarywhen appliance is used near children.
  • Never immerse product, cord, or plug in liquids.
  • Allow adequate cooling time before removing any appliance parts.
  • During operation, place the device on a leveled surface.
  • Unplug the product from its electrical outlet source prior to operatingor cleaning.
  • Do not immerse motor housing in water, but only wipe it with a dampcloth.
  • Care is need when handing cutting blade
