Product Information

The SCG19 is a mobile device that comes with an online manual in Japanese. It has a built-in battery and requires specific charging equipment, which is sold separately. product Attaching and Removing SIM Card

To attach the SIM card:

• Use the provided SIM card removal tool to eject the SIM card tray.
• Insert the SIM card into the tray with the IC (metal) part facing down.
• Align the notch on the tray with the notch on the device and insert it back into the device.

To remove the SIM card:

• Use the provided SIM card removal tool to eject the SIM card tray.
• Remove the SIM card from the tray.
• Insert the tray back into the device.

product Turning On and Unlocking Device

To turn on the device:

• Press and hold the side key for over 2 seconds.

To unlock the screen:

• Swipe the screen up and down, left and right.
• If you have set a screen unlock method, use the method you have set.

Powering Off Device
If the power cannot be turned off in the usual way or the screen freezes, press and hold the side key and lower side of the volume key simultaneously for over 7 seconds.

Attaching the SIM card

Turning the Power On

1. Press and hold (Side key) for over 2 seconds
2. Swipe the screen up and down, left and right to unlock the screen

• When the product is turned on for the first time, the initial setting screen appears.
• If you have set a screen unlock method, unlock the screen using the method you have set.
• Press and hold (Side key) and lower side of Volume key simultaneously for over 7 seconds, when the power cannot be turned off in the usual way or the screen freezes.
