IQ20 HEAT REGENERATIVE AIR DRYER
This model of air dryer has ONE (1) vertical chamber of a new design, which
will regenerate all of the desiccant material, even when operated at an
excessive flow rate.
WARRANTY: See Warranty Statement attached.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- A vacuum source is required to draw air through the dryer.
- 5 to 20 SCFH, at -50˚F dew point, 25% to 100% R.H.
- Regeneration time: 2 hours min. to 3 hours max. heating, plus 1 hour cooling. (Factory Pre-set)
- Automatic heating with built-in timer. Easy to set time of day and regeneration time.
- 20VAC/230VAC 60 Hz, 85VA.
- Finish: Black, non-gloss powder coat, baked on.
- All hardware is stainless steel and aluminum.
- 12” high x 6.635”wide x 3.625” deep.
- 8 pounds (4.0 Kgs.) shipping weight.
NOTICE: IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOLLOWED WHEN FIRST USING THIS MODEL IQ20 DRYER.

Pull the tabs on the timer face to the out (off) position.

Set the time of day and length of regeneration time (2-3 hours) by pushing in the tabs.
Normally the time is set for early in the morning (12-3 AM or 1-4 AM). -
Rotate the timer dial to the preset tabs (when pushed in, dryer is in “on” mode). Plug dryer in and regenerate for three hours before connecting to the ozone generator. This will ensure that the dryer chamber is clear of any moisture.

Set the “time of day” dial when the dryer is attached to the ozone generator and plugged in.
This dryer must be plugged in all the time in order for it to work automatically.
WARRANTY
All vacuum source desiccant air dryers are warranted for a period of two years
from the date of purchase.
Any part, which requires replacement, may be returned to the manufacturer, or
the component may be sent to the purchaser for installation. If the complete
dryer is returned for service, the dryer will be restored to original
specifications by either repair or replacement of components, at the option of
the manufacturer. If parts or dryers returned for WARRANTY service are sent
FREIGHT PREPAID, the parts and or dryers will be returned in like fashion.

The warranty printed on this document does not apply:
a) To any unit subjected to accident, misuse, negligence, abuse, defacement or removal of the serial number affixed to the unit.
b) To the cost of labor involved in repair or replacement of parts, or any other costs or losses or liabilities incurred by the purchaser due partly or wholly to the failure or defect of any part(s) of the dryer unit. -
Parts repaired or replaced under this warranty are warranted only through the remainder of the original warranty period.

Any expressed or implied condition, statement, or warranty, statutory or otherwise, relating to the quality and fitness for any purpose of the goods supplied hereunder, which is not stated in this document is hereby expressly excluded.
