Installation of label

The size of the label for 020/9126 is 52mm( max diameter), 20-52mm( width) please make sure that the printing surface faces down as shown in the figure below when installing the label.

Attention

  • please make sure be 0only PUTY labels with this machine
  • please make reset the label duster in the correct position
  • Lock the cower after installation of the label

  • Wireless communication
    The sign will show after Bluetooth connected successfully

  • Out of label
    The sign indicates the status of out of the label. The sign will show the situation of out of label or wrong installation of Label.

  • External power supply indicator
    The sign will show the external power supply inserted.

  • Battery level
    The sign flashes while charging. Please charge at the low battery in time

  • Text area
    This area shows some text information.

Basic functions

  • Turn on
    Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the printer

  • Power off
    Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the printer.

  • Feed label
    Press the feeding button to set the label in the proper position.

  • Auto power off
    The printer wilt be turned off automatically after a standby period

Setting PT26 initial settings

The user’s setting interface will show when the printer turns on.

Setting Q20 initial settings

  • Charging. “Red light” is on
  • Fully charged; “Redlight” is off automatically.
  • Failure mode. “Red tight” flashes: (Low battery) (Label stuck (Label out)
  • Connecting mode. “Blue light” is on.
  • Operation mode: “Blue light” flashes.
  • Power-on mode: “purple light” is on.
  • Upgrade mode; “Red light” and “Blue light” flash alternately.
  • Timing mode: The printer will be turned off automatically after 5min(without connection or operation) or 10min(without data transfer)
  • Self-test: Press and hold to print out the self-test page
  • Calibrate label: Double press to calibrate label automatically.

  • Approaching to ( e of the pinter to connect via a smartphone mapped with function.
  • The app will prepare all the work before prioting automatically(it will pop up the AP for downloading at the first tire)

Maintenance and repair

Maintenance instruction

  1. while dusting the outside and paper compartment of the printer: Please wring out the wet cloth and wipe them gently.

  2. white leaning the print head: Please lean it occasionally which will help keep foreign matter from getting inside the printer.
    You can easily clean it using the following methods

  3. If the printer gets soaked in water, please turn it off and remove the battery soon, leaving it in the open air.3. If the printer gets soaked in water, please turn it off and remove the battery soon, leaving it in the open air.

  4. If the printer won’t be used for a long time, please remove the battery and store it separately

Usage and storage of printer consumables

  1. The unopened products should be stored at room temperature.
  2. Please clean the surface of the posted item, when sticking the printer consumables.

Other precautions

Label printer installation and handling

  • Avoid pressing backward when the paper cover is opened to the maximum position.
  • Install the label roll in the correct way and pass through the paper guide slot
  • Make sure the print head is in the locked status before feeding and printing
  • The printer head is a precise and vulnerable part. Please avoid touching by hands or hard objects directly.
  • Please use the dedicated power adapter.

Cautions of printing head:

  • Be sure to turn off the printer before cleaning.
  • Since the printing head temperature will become high during printing if you want to clean the printing head, turn off the printer for 2 to 3 minutes before starting cleaning.
  • Do not touch the heating section of the printing head when cleaning it.
  • Note that the print head can not be scratched or damaged.
