Transport and custody

In the course of transportation, the product should be carefully placed to prevent heat shock. Packaged products should generally not be stored in the open air for a long period of time. They should be placed in a well- ventilated, non-corrosive odor warehouse. They should not be reversed. When temporary storage is required, Rainproof measures should be taken.

Safety precautions and environment of use

  1. this product should be placed in a stable place, left and right to leave the non-combustible 10CM or more, the back of the non-combustible(such as brick walls, etc.) 20CM or more.
  2. The power supply voltage used in this equipment must be in accordance with the power supply voltage of the product nameplate.

Installation method of drain valve

Suggestion

  • Wrap more original tape
  1. wrap raw tape around the drain pipe (to prevent leakage due to poor contact)
  2. Put the stainless steel gasket on the water pipe
  3. tighten the drain valve on the drain pipe.

Method of operation

  1. first pick up a few pots, add water to the cylinder to 1/3 of the volume, the heating tube is strictly forbidden dry burning.
  2. the thermostat is located in front of the product, single thermostat, control the temperature in the cylinder, thereby controlling the food.
  3. turn on the power, the power indicator light, rotate the thermostat in the direction of the needle, and align the required temperature value with the desired temperature position. At this time, the green light indicator light is on, and the power supply has been provided to the furnace. The heating tube starts to work. When the temperature rises to the desired temperature, the thermostat can automatically cut off the power supply. At the same time, the green light indicates that the lamp is resting. The heating tube stops working. When the temperature drops slightly, the thermostat side can automatically turn on the power supply. Green light light light is on. The heating tube is reheated and the temperature rises, so that the cycle is repeated to ensure that the temperature is constant within the set range.
  4. according to the production of different foods, adjust the temperature required for thermal insulation, can play an ideal thermal insulation effect.
  5. after the use, the temperature switch should be adjusted to 0 degrees, turn off the power switch.
  6. If there is an anomaly during use, it must be stopped immediately and it must be checked for failure before it can continue to be used.

Cleaning and maintenance

  1. When cleaning and maintaining, the power should be cut off to prevent accidents.
