Product Information

The Production ORP controller + pH regulator is designed for use with a saltwater chlorinator and is capable of regulating the pH of a pool up to 160m3 in volume. The model, Just Regul, has a pump flow rate of 1.8l/h and the reference number is COOP20NPSA-G2. The device features a 2-line LCD display and has smart pH- or pH+ correction capabilities. The pH setpoint can be adjusted between 6.8 and 7.6 and the device has 2-point pH calibration at pH 7 and pH 10. The ORP setpoint can be adjusted between 200 and 900 mV and the ORP probe has a calibration point of 475 mV. The control panel size is W 140 x H 300 x D 97 mm.

Product Usage Instructions

• Before installation, refer to the installation diagram provided in the manual. The device should be installed in-line with the pool’s circulation system. The pH probe should be installed after the pool heater and before any chemical treatment systems, while the ORP probe should be installed after any chemical treatment systems.
• When using the device, first ensure that it is correctly calibrated by calibrating the pH probe at pH 7 and pH 10 and the ORP probe at 475 mV. Once calibrated, set the desired pH setpoint between 6.8 and 7.6 using the control panel. The device will then automatically adjust the amount of acid or base added to the pool to maintain the desired pH level.
• The device also has ORP control capabilities, which can be used to maintain a specific ORP setpoint between 200 and 900 mV. This feature is optional and can be turned off if not required. When using ORP control, the device will automatically adjust the amount of chlorine generated by the saltwater chlorinator to maintain the desired ORP level.
• The device comes with a 2-year warranty for the box and a 2-year warranty for the pH probe (blue) and a 1-year warranty for the ORP probe (gold).
