PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLATIONLEAVE A COPY FOR THE USER / MAINTENANCE ENGINEER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INFORMATION
- Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with the latest edition of the National wiring regulations (For Australia please check the latest edition of the Wiring Rules -AS/NZS 3000:2007).
- Mains supply voltage 220-240V AC 50/60Hz
- IMPORTANT. Ensure that ALL electrical connections are tight with no loose strands, including factory-made connections.
- These luminaires are for indoor use only.
- DO NOT install this Luminaire into new plaster or damp areas.
- Ensure there is adequate free air circulation of at least 50mm around the luminaire.
- Replace failed lamps immediately. Allow the lamp and fitting to cool before replacing the lamp.
- Fit self-shielding lamps only for halogen lamps.
- EN-FD103: IP65 protected against dust and jets of water. They are suitable for installation in locations containing a bath or shower, as defined by the National Wiring Regulations, Zones 1 & 2 where water jets are likely.
This luminaire is not suitable for covering with insulation material.
Luminaires are not suitable for mounting on normally flammable surfaces when
used with a 50W lamp. Can be mounted on a normally flammable surface when used
with a lamp that is 35W or lower.
