Device plug: compatible with laptop/PC/PS4/PS5/TV/Switch
a) Insert the computer USB interface when using, plug and play wireless connection.
a.1) After the transmitter is plugged into the computer, the Windows system of the computer will automatically connect without any need.The user installs the driver and additionally runs the software.
a.2) After inserting the transmitter into the USB port of the computer, the green indicator light of the transmitter flashes at this time, and the “WT02” wireless headset device is displayed in the device view on the computer as the installation is successful. Open the device “Sound and Audio Device” when using it for the first time. Properties’ Audio  column is set to default.
b. Press and hold the headphone power button for 3 seconds at this time, the green light of the transmitter and the green light of the headphone are always on, which means  the connection is successful.
Note: The transmitter does not need to be paired. Just plug it in and use it in sync with the headset.
If it is lost or damaged, please contact the merchant to buy the original transmitter of the same model. The new transmitter needs to be re-paired and connected with the headset
The operation steps are as follows:

1. After the transmitter is inserted into the device, follow the steps al and a2 above to connect.
2. In the 2.4G mode power-on state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds to turn off the power, then when the power-on light flashes quickly, then insert the USB  Dongle close to it, the connection is successful, and the green light is always on.

Line-in connection line use

1. Device end plug: Compatible with PC/Laptop/Apparel iOS/Apparel Android/PlayStation 4/PS Vita/ Xbox one S/Xbox one X/devices with 3.5 audio interface.
2. Headphone end plug: Insert the Line IN line of the headphone to turn off the Bluetooth, turn off the headphone effect light, and enter the wired headphone mode.
3. External microphone use: plug in the external microphone to enable, the built-in microphone is turned off, and the built-in microphone is turned on when unplugged.

Headphone Connection Instructions

*Bluetooth mode is not compatible with devices: XBOX One , XBOX One S , XBOX 360 , PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PS vita, PSP, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo New 3DS LL/3DS,

1. Power on: In the off state, long press the power button (about 3S), a “power on” prompt will sound, and the Bluetooth is turned on;
2. Pairing: In the power-on state, the default is Bluetooth mode when booting for the first time, press and hold for 6s to enter the Bluetooth search blue light flashes  quickly, turn on the mobile phone Bluetooth device, click on WT02 to connect manually, the headset is connected, the blue light is always on , and then double-click the  power button to switch to 2.4G mode, there is a prompt tone, Gameplay mode, the green light flashes quickly, and at the same time insert the USB Dongle into the PC,  the green light is always on, and then double-click to switch to Bluetooth mode, automatically link back to the phone The blue light of the device is always on.
3. Shutdown: In the power-on state, long press the power button (about 3S), and the “Power off…” prompt sound will enter the shutdown process, and the pairing light will be off.
4. In the case of playing music, short press the pause button once to pause the music, and short press it again to restore the music.

Answers to questions:

1. After connecting to the PC, the headset has sound, but the total volume cannot be controlled?****

– A: Open the control panel and click on the sound and audio device, then click on the headphone device for playback, set it as the default value, and then click on the box in  the lower right corner Press the OK button, the default headphone is the headphone output sound, the default audio is the audio output s ound, if there is still no sound, some computers need to be restarted Just move it,

2. How to solve the interference when listening to music on the Bluetooth headset?****

– A: Any other unused bluetooth devices in the area should be turned off, if the noise doesn’t go away, try resetting the headset.

3. What should do if the sound of the wireless earphone is distorted or stuck?****

– A: 1. Check the source of the music, 2. Disconnect other devices, 3. Re—-pair the wireless headphones.

4. When playing multiple players on the PC, the stuck operation fails, but the headset functions normally?****

– Answer: 1. Check the playback decoder, 2. Close multiple players in the background, 3. Check whether there is any obstacle between the headset and the PC, which will affect  the communication between the number transmission.

*In the state of playing music, the battery voltage is lower than 3.5V, which is a low battery prompt. It will remind every 5 minutes, the prompt tone is “Battery low”, and the  red light flashes slowly. When the battery voltage is below 3.1V, the system will automatically shut down and the prompt tone will sound. “power off”.
The earphone low battery prompt indicates that the earphone is ready to be fully charged before continuing to use it.
