Product Usage Instructions

Charging the GPS Tracker

To ensure proper functioning, charge the GPS tracker using the provided charger. Insert the charger into the charging port of the device and connect it to a power source. The charging indicator will light up to indicate that the device is charging. It is recommended to fully charge the tracker before initial use.

Inserting the SIM Card

The UniGuard GPS Tracker requires a SIM card for communication. To insert the SIM card, locate the SIM card slot on the device. Use a SIM card ejector tool or a small pin to gently push the SIM card tray and insert the SIM card into the designated slot. Make sure the SIM card is inserted correctly with the gold contacts facing downwards.

Powering On the GPS Tracker

To power on the GPS tracker, press and hold the power button until the device vibrates or the indicator lights up. The device will start up and initialize. It is recommended to place the device in an open area with a clear view of the sky for better GPS signal
reception during initialization.

Activating the GPS Tracker

After powering on, the GPS tracker needs to be activated. Download and install the UniGuard GPS Tracker mobile application from your app store. Open the app and create an account if you don’t have one. Follow the app’s instructions to add the device by scanning the QR code or entering the device ID manually. Once added, activate the device using the instructions provided by the app.

Tracking and Monitoring

Once the GPS tracker is activated and properly set up, you can track and monitor its location using the UniGuard GPS Tracker mobile application. Open the app and log in to your account. The app will display the real-time location of the tracker on a map.
You can also access additional features such as history playback, geofencing, and alerts through the app.

SIM Card Installation

SIM card must enable GPRS SMS and Call function for testing purposes . Make sure the SIM card has enough credit. Insert it into the device. SIM card must be inserted before turning on the device. C harge it to turn it on.
