Riva True Wireless Earbuds

Functions & controls

The control button allows you to select music, control volume and make calls without touching your mobile phone.

• Play / pause Press lx
• Next track Press 2x
• Previous track Press 3x
•  Volume up Press right earbud for 2 sec.
• Volume down Press left earbud for 2 sec.
• Accept incoming call / end a call Press lx
• Reject incoming call Press 2 sec.
• Turn the Rolfstone Riva on Take the earbuds out of the charging case
• Turn the Rolfstone Riva off Place the earbuds in the charging case. Or disconnect with Bluetooth. The Rolfstone Riva turns off after 5 minutes.

Connect for the first time
A manual connection must be made when the earbuds have not been connected to a Bluetooth device before.

1.  Take both earbuds out of the charging case.
2. Both earbuds will automatically turn on (ascending tone) and will pair with each other.
3. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and activate Bluetooth.
4. Wait until Rolfstone Riva appears and select it. The earbuds are ready to use.

  Automatically reconnect The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last connected device. On the previously connected device: Bluetooth must be enabled.

• Rolfstone Riva needs to be in the list of devices.

1. Take both earbuds out of the charging case.
2.  Both earbuds will automatically turn on (ascending tone) and will pair with each other. 3. Hereafter the earbuds will search for a known Bluetooth device and automatically connect to it.

Disconnect the earbuds

By disconnecting the earbuds are free to connect to another device.
There are two methods to do this:
Method 1 : press 4x on one of the earbuds.
Method 2: open the Bluetooth settings on your device and disconnect the Rolfstone Riva.
If you want to reconnect the earbuds later, follow the steps on page 5.
Good to know

• The earbuds and the device must be within 10 meters (or 30 feet) of each other. Intermediate objects such as walls can shorten the range.
• The earbuds can only be connected to one device at a time.
• The Rolfstone Riva earbuds will automatically turn off when placed in the charging case.

Charging the Rolfstone Riva
When the Rolfstone Riva earbuds are fully charged they will last 8 hours. When the earbuds are almost empty you will hear a notification tone. Shortly after that the earbuds will be disconnected.

• Place the earbuds in the charging case. A white light will turn on on the earbuds. Do you not see any light? That means that the charging case is empty.
• To fully charge the earbuds that will take about 50 minutes. When the earbuds are fully charged the lights on the earbuds are turned off.
• Make a habit of storing the earbuds in the charging case. This way they stay together, are well protected and are fully charged for subsequent uses. The battery life of the earbuds may be shorter at higher music volumes and lower temperature conditions.

Charging the charging case

A fully charged charging case allows you to charge the earbuds 3 times on the go. The charging case is empty when the light on it is turned off.
The charging case can be charged in two ways:

1. With the supplied USB-C cable. Connect this to a charger or laptop / desktop computer.
   NOTE: the charging case does not work with fast charge USB-C cables!

2. Wireless. Place the charging case on a wireless charger that uses the Qi wireless charging technology.

Fully charging the charging case with the USB-C cable takes about 60 minutes. Wireless will take longer. The charging case is fully charged when the light on it is not blinking anymore. When the earbuds are in the charging case and the case is being charged then the earbuds will also be charged. Don’t let the Rolfstone Riva earbuds and charging case lay around in bright sunlight. This may damage and reduce the lifespan of the batteries.
Using the Rolfstone Riva
To stay in place it is important that the earbuds are correctly placed in the ears.

• Gently push the ear tips into the ear canal.
• In the box are 3 pairs of silicone ear tips in the sizes S, M and L. Pick the right size for an optimal fit and sound.

The Rolfstone Riva earbuds are rain and sweat resistant. However, they are not completely waterproof. Do not wash them under running water or use them underwater.

Important/Warning

Do not expose your ears to high volume levels for long periods of time to avoid hearing damage.
Be aware that when using the earbuds the ambient sounds are less noticeable. This can cause dangerous situations. So pay extra attention and don’t put yourself and your environment in danger.
Not suitable for children under the age of six. The Rolfstone Riva contains small parts that can present a choking hazard.
Adult supervision is required when the earbuds are used by children under the age of 8.
Warranty
The Rolfstone Riva earbuds and charging case have a warranty period of one year. Please contact us if you encounter problems within this period that are not result of improper use or damage due to external influences.
This warranty is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
