USER MANUAL
Dear customer, thank you for purchasing our product. Please read the operating
instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep
these instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the
box with the internal packing.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
– Consider the instructions for use as a part of the appliance and pass them
on to any other user of the appliance.
– The product is intended for home use and similar (in shops, offices and
similar workplaces, in hotels, motels and other residential environments, in
facilities providing accommodation with breakfast). It is not intended for
commercial use!
– Children and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities can
operate the appliance only under supervision.
– Never immerse the appliance into water. Don´t wash it in flowing water!
– When in use, keep the appliance away from heat sources (e.g. stove,
fireplace, heat radiators), wet surfaces (e. g. kitchen sink) and appliances
generating strong magnetic fields (e.g. microwave, radio, mobile telephone).
– Protect it against direct sunshine, low or high temperatures and excessive
moisture.
– If you will not use the appliance for a long time, remove the battery.
– If the battery is leaking, replace it immediately. Otherwise, it could
damage the appliance.
– Discharged battery must be disposed in an appropriate manner (see section
VI. ECOLOGY).
– Never use the appliance for any other purpose than for that described in
these instructions for use!
– Keep the battery and the appliance away from children and mentally disabled
persons. Any person who swallows the battery must immediately seek medical
assistance.
– The manufacturer is neither liable for damage caused by improper use of the
appliance nor for damage caused by failure to observe the safety precautions
by operation of the warranty.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE
A – Digital kitchen clock (rotary controller)
A1 – magnets for attachment to metallic surface
A2 – battery cover
B – LCD screen
B1 – START/STOP button
B2 – RESET/OFF button
B3 – display Minutes
B4 – display Seconds
PREPARATION FOR USE
Remove all packaging materials and take out the appliance. Power supply
Battery: 1x CR2032 3 V
Inserting/replacing the battery
Remove cover A2 at the rear side of the appliance and insert the batteries.
Observe correct polarity. Put the cover back.
Turn on/off
- Turn on the timer by pressing a button or turning the regulator.
- Turn off the timer by longer pressing B2 button.
B1 Button START/STOP
Press once to start countdown / timing.
Press twice to stop the function.
Press again to start function.
B2 Button RESET/OFF
It works only when countdown / timing is stopped.
Press to reset the current or set time.
Time setting (rotary regulator)
By grasping the lower part and turning the upper part of the minute A, the
desired time can be set. Clockwise increases time, counter-clockwise decreases
time.
Note
Pressing the buttons is accompanied by an acoustic signal.
A) COUNTDOWN TIME MODE
– Turn the minute hand to set the desired countdown time. Minutes can be set
between 0-99 and seconds between 0-50.
– Start the countdown by pressing the B1 button. During the countdown, the
display shows the remaining time.
– An alarm will sound after the set time has elapsed. The alarm can be turned
off by pressing the B1 button. At the same time, the minute hand will switch
to time measurement mode and the „+“ symbol will be displayed. The function
thus informs you about the time that has passed since the expiration of the
set countdown time.
B) TIMING MODE
– Reset the timer (the display must show 00).
– Press B1 to turn on timing. The maximum time that can be set is 99:00.
Wipe the surface of the appliance with soft damp cloth. Do not use coarse or
aggressive detergents (e.g. sharp things, thinners or other solvents)!
Expert service must do the large maintenance or to intervene into inside parts
of the appliance! Non-observance of the instructions of the manufacturer
cancels the right for guarantee repair!
ENVIRONMENT
If dimensions permit, all pieces have printed symbols of materials used for
production of packing, components and accessories as well as recycling
symbols.
The symbols on the product or documentation means the electric or electronic
parts used in the appliance may not be disposed off together with communal
waste. Hand over the electric or electronic part to a waste collection yard
for free disposal. Proper disposal of the product will help preserving
valuable natural resources and preventing potential negative impacts on
environment and human health that would otherwise result from improper waste
disposal. For more details, please contact your local authorities or
collection yard. Fines may be imposed for improper disposal of this type of
waste pursuant to national directives. Discharged batteries must be removed
and given to authorised collection points for safe disposal. Do not
incinerate the batteries!
