AS5247 Socket Board
AS5247-MF_EK_SB Socket Board
The AS5247-MF_EK_SB socket board is designed for quick programming of AS5247 magnetic rotary position sensors without the need for soldering. This board can be used with the USB I&P Box or the SD4Y production programmer.

Board Description
The AS5247-MF_EK_SB socket board features a ZIF Open-Top-Socket for MLF packages in the middle of the PCB. Pin 1 of the IC is indicated by a small dot on the right bottom corner of the socket or by the label on the PCB. The PCB offers two connecting options, a 5-pin dual-row connector on the left side for connecting to the USB I&P Box and a 10-pin dual-row connector on the right side for connecting to the SD4Y Production Programmer. All passive components required for proper operation are included on the PCB, and only a power supply mode of 5V is possible.

Product Usage Instructions
To use the AS5247-MF_EK_SB socket board, follow the steps below:
- Connect the board to a power supply mode of 5V.
- Connect the USB I&P Box or the SD4Y Production Programmer to the appropriate connector on the board.
- Insert the AS5247 magnetic rotary position sensor into the ZIF socket on the board. Ensure that Pin 1 of the IC matches the small dot on the right bottom corner of the socket or the label on the PCB.
- Program the AS5247 sensor using the USB I&P Box or the SD4Y Production Programmer.
Introduction
The AS5247-MF_EK_SB socket board is used for quick programming of AS5247
magnetic rotary position sensors without soldering due to its ZIF socket.
