How to start the first printing
Install the ink cartridge to the ink cartridge pull ring
Steps:
Press down on
- Remove the ink cartridge and peel off the nozzle seal film from the ink cartridge, as shown in Figure 3-1-1.
- Install the pull ring to the cartridge, as shown in Figure 3-1-2.
NOTE: When replacing a new ink cartridge, remove the tab and install it on the new ink cartridge.

Load the cartridge and the pull ring into the printer
Steps:
- Put the ink cartridge (with the pull ring) in the printer body with the nozzle facing down, and press the ink cartridge
- After pressing, the cartridge is pressed by the stainless steel shrapnel without shaking, indicating that it is installed in place. As shown in Figure 3-2.
Install the battery into the printer
Step:

Insert the two card slots on the front of the battery into the corresponding grooves on the main body, and push the battery from the back to the front to ensure that the cards fully enter the grooves, as shown in Figure 3-3-1
Note: The insertion angle should not be too large, try to be parallel to the printing product, otherwise the battery position may be broken. -
Press the spring button on the back of the ink cartridge, and press the battery downwards at the same time, let the two card slots on the back of the battery slide into the corresponding grooves smoothly, then release the spring button to complete the battery installation, as shown in Figure 3-3-2.
Note: Be sure to ensure that the metal contact probe in front of the battery is clean, free of debris and shortcircuited, ensure that it is dry, cannot contact water and other liquids, and can bounce normally without scratching or bending.
Power on and start printing
Steps:
- Press and hold the boot button on the bottom for 5 seconds, the device will boot.
- Wait until the light turns blue, indicating that the device is powered on normally and the ink cartridge installation is recognized correctly.
- As shown in Figure 3-4-1, according to the prompts on the fuselage, hold the entire device with the logo in front.
- Click the print button on the top, and move the device from left to right until hear 2 consecutive beeps, indicating that the information printing is complete. As shown in Figure 3-4-2.
S)Repeat steps 1-4 to print this information repeatedly.
Note: For the first printing, the printing result may not be good because the
ink cartridge is not working for a long time and the temperature is not
enough.
If the moving speed is too fast (higher than 10cm /second), it may cause the
print content to become disconnected.
Device goes into standby and wakes up
- f the device is left for 20 seconds without operation, it will enter the standby state and flash the breathing light, as shown in Figure 3-5-1.
- Click the print button on the top to wake up the device. The blue light indicates that the device has been woken up.
- Device can only receive files transmitted by APP when it is awake.
- During the file transfer, the device flashes red. Restore blue light after reception is complete.
- If the device is not used for more than 5 minutes, it is recommended to cover the nozzle protection cover. For details, refer to section 3.6.
- Long press the power button for 5 seconds to turn off the device.
- )If not in use for a long time, it is recommended to turn off the machine and remove the battery. As shown in Figure 3-5-2
Use of nozzle protection cover and scraper

The nozzle of the ink cartridge is easy to be damaged. If it is not used for a long time, it should be protected with cover. As shown in Figure 3-6-1.

)There are 2 protruding small circles on the left and right sides of the protective cover for easy removal of the protective cover.

The U-shaped rubber plastic sheet protruding from the rear of the protective cover is a wiper blade for cleaning the nozzle of the ink cartridge. When other dust accumulates in the ink cartridge near the nozzle, or the print has blank line, need to clean the nozzle.

)As shown in 3-6-2, clean the entire nozzle surface with the wiper from top to bottom. S)lf the wiper effect is not obvious, can clean the nozzle surface from top to bottom with a dust-free cloth or
clean tissue.recommended to cover the nozzle protection cover. For details, refer to section 3.6. -
Long press the power button for 5 seconds to turn off the device.

Operation Instruction of APP

How to enter text, barcode, etc. Open the APP, as shown in Figure 4-1-1. Click New, enter the file name, and click OK then will shown in Figure 4-1-2.
Click the text, bar code, QR code, line, shape, time and other corresponding menus below the editor to display it in the editor. Then select the corresponding element to modify its attributes. -
How to import pictures After creating a new edit, click on the picture/ Logo menu below the editor to import the system picture into the editor, and then adjust its attributes.

Modify the size, color and other attributes Select the element that needs to be modified to get the cursor, as shown in Figure 4-1-3. Then click Property, as shown in Figure 4-1-4, you can modify the text font, size, spacing, color, rotation, position and other properties
Connect printer device, send print file
- When all elements of the file are edited, click the save button in the upper right corner to save
- After saving the file, click the connection menu below the editor. The APP page will jump to the home page. As shown in Figure 4-2-1.
- At this time, keep the machine turned on and wake up, as described in 3.5. Click on the Bluetooth device and connect. After the link is completed, as shown in Figure 4-2-2.
- Click to start printing, at this time to ensure that the machine is in the wake-up state, as detailed in 3.5, you can transfer files.
- After the file transfer is complete, you can print. See 3.4 for details
Instruction of Ink Level
Pekoko comes with imported tri-color ink cartridges. The ink cartridge consumption is closely related to the printing content. If one of the tri- colors ink is run out, please replace the original ink cartridge as soon as possible to promise good printing. The ink volume display is shown in Figure 4-3-1.
Introduction of Various Status Indicators
Light of Equipment
- The blue surround light is always on — the device is on or in sleep state.
- The blue surround light flashes — the device is printing.
- The purple surround light flashes — the device is ready to print.
- The red surround light flashes — files are being transferred to the device through the app.
- The cyan-blue surround light flashes —please retransmit the print file.
- The battery indicator is white: the power is 80% -100%.
- The battery indicator is purple: the power is 30% -80%.
- The battery indicator is red: the power is below 30%, it is recommended to charge.
