IMPORTANT! If your car spins off the track, you must check the position of the brushes before you start racing again.The brushes should be pointing towards the back of the car, in a straight line, at an angle of around 30 degrees to the bottom of the car, as shown in this photograph.
TROUBLESHOOTING
IN CASE OF ANY MALFUNCTIONS:
- Track Connections are correct
- Transformer Connected correctly.
- Brushes deformed —The brushes might be deformed, which could be caused by the car spinning off of the track. Refer to the photo (fig 1) to adjust the brushes to the correct position.
- Short circuit — Due to the track always being electrified, it is easy to cause a short circuit caused by other metal parts or the car’s brush. The transformer has a protective device for short circuits. When a short circuit is happening, the protector will cut the power supply temporarily. Check the track to ensure that it is clean and has no debris on it, then the transformer can be in good working condition.
- Install the new batteries of the hand controller. IN CASE OF THE CARS RUN SLOW:
- Dirty Track or Tires
- Dirty Axis
- Dirty Brushes of the cars
- Body of Axis Alignment
- Refer to MAINTENANCE AND CARE. IN CASE OF THE CARS KEEP SPINNING OFF THE TRACK:
- Dirty Track or Tires (Refer to MAINTENANCE AND CARE)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BATTERY OPERATEDTOYS (IF APPLICABLE) CONSUMER ADVICE (KEEP FOR FURTHER REFERENCE): WARNING:
- Switch the toy to the “off” position before inserting batteries.
- 12: Insert batteries correctly in the manner shown elsewhere on the toy or packaging.
- Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity. (+ and —) Only use the same type of battery, do not mix brands or types.
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
- Do not leave batteries in the toy for long periods of the when it is not in use.
- No other type of battery other than that recommended should be used.
- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be charged.
- Remove rechargeable batteries from the toy before recharging unless the instructions on the rest of the packing specify you can do otherwise.
- Parents should regularly examine the adaptor for potential hazards such as cable, plug and enclosure damage. The toy must not be used until the damage has been properly rectified.
- It is recommended that parents or adults connect and use the battery charger.
- Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
- Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.
- Dispose of used batteries safety – do not throw on a fire or attempt to open the outer casing.
- Do not use outdoor.
- The toy is not to be connected to more than the recommended number of power supplies.
- The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
- Keep packaging and instruction manual for references as these contain important information.
- The wires are not to be inserted into socket outlets.
- The toy is not intended for children under 3 years old.

NOTE: IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ADULTS REPLACE ANY PARTS. GUIDE PIN REPLACEMENT ►If a racer’s guide pin is damaged, pull out the old pin. Then, insert the new guide pin as shown. Be sure the pin’s larger end faces the racer.
BRUSH REPLACEMENT
- If a brush is damaged, replace it as follows.
- Remove the screw on the bottom of the racer.
- Push the sides of the racer’s body away from the chassis, and remove the chassis.
- Use a small slot screwdriver to pry open the old brush’s clips. Then remove the old brush.
- Insert the new brush’s clips into the chassis’ slots. Be sure the braid is facing toward the front of the racer’s chassis.
- Use a small slot screwdriver to bend down the racer’s clips.
- Push out the body’s sides and place the chassis inside the body. Be sure the clips hold the chassis in place.
- Replace and tighten the screw.
- Fold the brush’s braid so that it points toward the back of the chassis.
