Introduction
Art-Net Interface
Welcome to Eurolite! Your new DXT POE Art-Net Node I is part of Eurolite’s DXT
series, which consists of high- performance and reliable DMX tools made in
Germany. The DXT PoE Art-Net Node I can control up to 512 DMX channel. Power
is supplied via the network cable and a central POE Ethernet switch or POE
injector. This means that only one cable needs to be laid to the device in the
installation Alternatively, a 5V USB port can be used locally. It provides a
Neutrik XLR and etherCON connector. The device can be configured via Art-Net
or with a website

DMX512 connection via 3-pin XLR plug (female)

- DMX refresh rate: 40 Hz, 30 Hzor 20 Hz Power supply via 48V POE switch / POE injector (802.3af) or 5V USB-C port
- ArtDMX reception via Broadcast or Unicast Configuration with website or Art-Net
- Available settings: IP address I Subnet mask I Art-Net ShortName / Art-Net LongName / Art-Net Net / Art-Net Subnet / Art-Net Universe and DMX refresh rate and DMX in/out via website Rugged metal body for use on stage

Package contents
Remove the product and all the accessories from the packaging. Remove the
packaging material and check that all components are complete and undamaged.

Device overview

DMX indicator
• OMX out
– Flashing green: output of received ArtOMX packets
– Flashing orange: OMX hold
– Lights up red: error
• OMX in
– Flashing green: new OMX data received
– Flashing orange: valid OMX signal, but old data
– Lights up red: faulty or no OMX signal -
DMX512 connection
Here a OMX fixture is connected or a OMX signal source by means of an male- male adapter. -
Rest button
To reset to factory settings:
IP: 192.168.1.20, Subnetz: 255.255.255.0, ArtNet Net: 0,
ArtNet Subnetz: 0, Universe: 1, OMX Out 40Hz. -
USB-C port
As an alternative to the PoE power supply, the device can
be be supplied with 5V via a USB power source. -
Ethernet connection
10/100Base-TX Ethernet connection with PoE. -
Ethernet indicator
– Off: no connection
– Lights up green: Ethernet connection established
– Flashing Orange: Transmission activity
Getting started
Installation
Setup the device on a plane surface or fasten it with the optional mounting
brackets.
Network connection
Connect the device to the LAN port of the computer or to a 48V PoE Ethernet
switch (min. 802.3af). At least a Cat-5e cable should be used for this.
Power supply
The device can be supplied with power via the network connection (PoE switch
or injector). Alternatively, a USB power source (5V/1A) can be connected to
the USB-C socket. A USB cable is included in the scope of delivery.
DMX connection
Connect your OMX512 devices to the OMX output or use a male-male XLR adapter
to connect a OMX signal source. Switching OMX Out/In is done via the website,
which is accessible via the IP of PoE Node I (default: 192.168.001. 020).
Applications
Configuration
Website
The configuration website can be accessed with the device IP. The standard IP
is 192.168.1.20. If several devices are to be are to be used simultaneously,
the IP addresses must be changed. Both devices (node and PC) must be in the
same network.
Caution!
The Art-Net Net, Subnet and Universe has a range of O -15. Please note: Some
programs use the range 1-16! This is mapped 1 —–> 0 in the node, 2—–> 1, and
so on.

With “DMX Workshop” you can configure:
- Art-Net longe name
- Art-Net short name
- Art-Net Net
- Art-Net Subnet
- Art-Net Universe
- IP Address
