Blending stick:
• For pureeing soups, fruits, baby food, dips, sauces and much more.
Speed:
• If the button is pressed lightly, the appliance starts at low speed. The
harder the button is pressed, the higher the speed.
Whisk:
• Suitable for beating light ingredients such as egg whites, cream and also
ready made mixtures.

Measuring cup:
• When using the mixing cup, be aware that the volume of some foods (e.g.

- Only switch the appliance on when the blending stick is inside a bowl.
- Large amounts of soup, sauce etc. can be mixed directly in the pot. Attention: Danger of splashes
- Whether in the pot or a bowl: always move the mixer in a circular motion from the bottom at the edge. Always lift the mixer a little to start a circulation of the food. For more solid food do not press the mixer on it to avoid an overheating of the motor.
- If there is only little liquid inside a bowl, put the bowl in a slight angle to avoid excessive splashes.
- When making whipped cream or mayonnaise place the blending stick at the bottom of the jar and then pull it slowly upwards. This should be repeated several times until the intended consistency is achieved.
