Using the Cooktop
- Use an appropriately sized pan for each burner.
- The control panel at the front of the cooktop has four control knobs, one for each burner; the small diagram to the bottom left of each knob illustrates which burner it controls (E). Each control knob has three positions: Closed (A), Maximum aperture (C), and Minimum aperture (D).
- To light the burner, press down the appropriate control knob gently and turn it anticlockwise to the ignition position (B). When the burner lights, keep the knob depressed to ensure it stays lit when released. Turn the knob to the required position, anywhere between the Maximum and Minimum aperture setting. Do NOT set it between Closed and Maximum.
- After use, always turn the control knob to the Closed position
