OWNERS MANUAL
PRODUCT IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Before installing a battery in the Powered Battery Box, ensure that you have read through all relevant product and safety information for that battery.
- Do not insert foreign objects into the ports of the Powered Battery Box as this may lead to electric shock.
- Do not submerge the Powered Battery Box in liquids.
- Do not attach a battery to the Powered Battery Box if it or your hands are currently exposed to moisture or rain.
- Do not expose the Powered Battery Box to extreme temperatures.
- When charging, adequate ventilation must be provided to dissipate heat and battery gases. Keep out of naked flames, sparks or conductive material while charging a battery.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the Powered Battery Box as this may result in electric shock.
PRODUCT INSTALLING A BATTERY
- Remove the lid of the Powered Battery Box.
- Place the battery in the Powered Battery Box.
- Attach the eyelets from the Powered Battery Box lid to the corresponding positive (red) and negative (black) terminals on the battery. Fasten the bolts firmly, ensuring they will not vibrate loose.
- Place lid onto the Powered Battery Box, making sure that it is evenly and completely shut. BATTERY NOT INCLUDED
- With the lid on and the terminals connected correctly, switch the Powered Battery Box to ON (RESET) using the 16 Amp resettable circuit breaker switch.
- If the digital voltmeter lights up and displays the battery’s voltage, you can now secure the lid.
- To secure the lid, please install the two plastic brackets with supplied bolts and nuts first. Thread the tie down strap around the box through the two installed plastic brackets. Fasten and secure firmly by adjusting the plastic buckle.
- You are now free to plug in your devices to power them up with your Powered Battery box.
PRODUCT TROUBLESHOOTING
- If no power is being received through the accessory or USB sockets, switch the 16 Amp resettable circuit breaker switch reset off and on again.
- If no power is being received through the 50 Amp connectors, check the internal fuses circled below for fault and replace if necessary.
- Ensure battery is recharged every 3 months or after each use, to maintain full charge and prolong battery life.
- The battery MUST be recharged when voltage is low.
- Suitable for low current accessories only.
- Not suitable for starting battery application.
- Not suitable for marine use.

WARNING: Please remove the clear insulated tubes from the external terminals before use and please put them back after each use of the external terminals. The positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on the exterior of the Powered Battery Box are NOT fused. Ensure that you install fuses or circuit breakers where necessary.

- Make sure that you attach the correct wires to the appropriate terminals of your battery. Incorrect installation could result in damage to the unit or voiding of the warranty.
- Do not use the Powered Battery Box to charge any medical devices.
