Product Usage Instructions
- Place the gel packs into a freezer or microwave to achieve the desired level of cold or heat.
- Insert the gel packs into the pockets of the wrap.
- For shoulder use:
- Wrap the shorter strap around the arm near the elbow.
- Wrap the longer strap around the chest and secure it back onto the wrap.
- For hip use (it may help to lie on your side):
- Place the wrap over the injured hip.
- Wrap and secure the shorter strap around the thigh and the longer strap around the waist.
- Readjust the straps as desired for secure comfort and even distribution of heat or cold.
- WARNING: DO NOT apply a frozen or heated pack directly onto the skin.
Note: If you experience any discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

- Secure warm or cold wrap over affected shoulder, hip or knee.
2A For shoulder:
