PAIRING BLUETOOTH DEVICES:

STEP 1. Attached BLE radio adapter to radio. Power up radio. Adapter will automatically enter pairing mode stated by BLUE/RED flash.
Engage Bluetooth device into pairing mode. Refer to your manual for this action.
When solid Blue LED appears on the BLE adapter, pairing is complete.

LINKING REMOTE PTT SWITCH:

STEP 2. Power up Remote PTT Switch by pressing on the PTT button until first LED appears then release.
The Remote PTT switch will flash BLUE/RED, at this point press the PTT button twice, this will link the Switch to the adapter. Now the link is complete. You will need to follow this step every time the Switch is powered up.
To power OFF the BLE Adapter simply turn off the radio.
To power OFF the Remote PTT Switch, wait about 20 seconds after the radio is powered off then press the PTT Switch button for about 15 to 20 seconds until the LED flashes Red then release.
To charge the Remote PTT Switch, connect the USB cable to a wall charger and the other end to the Switch. 3 – 4 hours full charge. A full charge should last about 400 hours

TO PAIR ADDITIONAL BLUETOOTH DEVICES:

You will need to manually pair the devices. Step 1: Hold down the PTT/Pairing button on the radio adapter with t he tip of your finger and power up the radio at the same time. Keep holding until the LED flashed BLUE/RED then release, follow the same pairing procedure in step 1 from above .

TO RE-PAIR THE REMOTE FINGER SWITCH, FOLLOW THESE STEPS.

STEP 1: Hold down the PTT/Pairing button on the radio adapter with the tip of your finger and power up the radio at the same time. Keep holding until the LED flashed BLUE/RED then release, then press again. The LED will flash a slow BLUE/RED.
Now the adapter is in pairing mode for the Finger Switch. Follow Step 2 from “Linking Remote PTT Switch” section to complete the process.

Note: Insert both earbuds to ears to ensure a solid connection, then take one out and use one at a time to conserve earbud battery life if you choose.

TO CONNECT WIRED HEADSETS:

1. Make sure the Bluetooth microphones are off.
2. Hold the microphone cable above the arrow alignment mark.
3. Align with arrow on the adapter then click into place.
4. To remove, pull up on the spring-loaded cylindrical metal below the arrow on the cable.
   

• Note: When Bluetooth slide switch is in the “Off” position, no Bluetooth device can be used. This is effective if you want to use the radio with no microphone attached. In this state you can transmit and receive through the radio
•  Leave the Bluetooth switch in the “On” position to use the Wireless PTT unit.

Note: Not compatible with Motorola Radios using Built-In Bluetooth.

Leave the Bluetooth switch on to use the Wireless PTT unit.

Your Sales Receipt is required to validate & obtain warranty services.
Your EPC product is warranted against internal defects in material or workmanship. All of our earphones are warranted for 12 months. Hygiene restrictions prevent us from extending our limited warranty to wearable parts such as: Fin Ultra™ ear tips, earmolds, clear tubes & ear inserts.
The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not cover the following:

• Physical abuse
• Damage from tugging or pulling
• Crushing or smashing in any way, shape or form
• Improper maintenance of unit
• Frayed, torn or exposed wires

General misuse of the item such as: Excessive voltage, tampering with the unit or repairs attempted by someone other than the manufacturer will void the MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY.

Once audio accessory is securely installed radio can be turned on. Radio volume switch is recommended to set at low position and adjusted once radio is turned on
