STEP 1 – HYDRATE YOUR GELLETS® !! IMPORTANT !!
Gullets™ must be submerged in water for at least two hours to fully expand to
size. They also need to have plenty of water to absorb (this is very
important) – you’ll know there was plenty of water if after two hours the
Gullets are still submerged in the water. Failing to completely hydrate
Gillet’s will cause your Gel Blaster® to seem crappy.
Note: Make sure that the Gullets are prepared in an adequate sized
container. Gullets will expand ten times their original size. Store hydrated
Gullets away from the elements and direct sunlight.
STEP 2 – CHARGE YOUR BLASTER
Charge your blaster via the USB-C port at the bottom of your blaster. The
battery power indicator located on top of your blaster will blink while
charging. When all of the lights are lit and steady, the blaster is fully
charged.
STEP 3 – FILL YOUR HOPPER & DRAIN YOUR GELLETS
Fill your hopper with hydrated Gullets – make sure all water is drained from
the hopper before installing on your blaster. If too much water enters through
the feedneck, it can damage your blaster internals.
STEP 4 – INSTALL HOPPER ONTO BLASTER
Remove the feed neck from your SURGE XL and screw it onto the full hopper.
Flip your SURGE XL upside down so that the fins are facing the ground, then
slide the feedneck onto the top rail of the SURGE XL so that the green tiring.
IMPORTANT – Make sure you slide the feed neck all the way forward until
you feel and hear a “click”.
Failing to do so will cause your SURGE XL to misfire.
STEP 5 – OPTIONAL: ADJUST VEL0OCITY
If you’ve already installed the buttstock, remove it by pressing the green
button below it and sliding the buttstock down and off. Use the green Velocity
Adjustment Tool provided by pressing it onto the green adjustment knob located
at the back of the blaster. Turn it counter-clockwise to bring your blaster
down to as low as 170fps.
IMPORTANT – DO NOT OVER TORQUE THE ADJUSTMENT KNOB!
STEP 6 – PROTECT YOUR EYES!
Put on your provided eye protection when using your Gel Blaster SURGE XL. Make
sure that others within firing distance are wearing eye protection too!
Everyone! Eye protection! Wear it!
STEP 7 – POWER ON AND HAVE A BLAST!
Switch between Semi-Auto, 3-Shot Burst Fire, and Full-Auto with the Blaster
Mode Switch.
ONE GALLON OF WATER MAKES 10,000 GELLETS®! WARNING: The Gel Blaster is not
intended to get wet. Don’t submerge your Gel Blaster in water, and make sure
your Gullets are fully strained of excess water. This will protect the battery
and circuitry within.

HOW TO PROPERLY HYDRATE YOUR GELLETS®
- Pour one 10k Gellet pack (included) into a one gallon container (preferably with a lid)
- Add one gallon of water and wait at least two hours
- Strain your full-size Gullets® of excess water Fill your hopper and start blasting!
HOW TO STORE YOUR GELLETS®
Keep hydrated Gullets® ready for use whenever you want! Here’s how to properly
store hydrated Gullets.
- Add water to your ammo container until all Gullets are submerged
- Seal the container with a lid
- Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight

FAQ & QUICK FIXES
Q: My hopper & feed neck keep sliding off and won’t feed the Gillet’s into my Gel Blaster®?
– A: Please make sure your feed neck is oriented correctly – the green triangles of your blaster and feed neck should be aligned. If installed correctly, the hopper and feed neck will click & lock in place.
Q: My Gullets aren’t shooting correctly and are rolling out of my Gel Blaster’s barrel?
– A: The Gullets might not be fully hydrated. To make sure your Gullets are fully hydrated, please allow your Gullets to be submerged in water for a minimum of two hours before playing.
Q: My Gel Blaster® seems jammed?
– A: Your Gel Blaster® will rarely get jammed, but if this is the case, please make sure to turn the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. Now proceed to check the tip and barrel of the Gel Blaster. If debris is found in your Gel Blaster, remove your hopper & feedneck and spray canned air directly into the barrel forcing the debris to come out of the tip of the blaster. If the debris is still stuck, use a pipe cleaner to force the remainder out of the tip of the blaster. Never push the debris from the tip/front of the Gel Blaster towards the back, that will only jam your Gel Blaster more.

Do not change the coloration and markings to make it look more like a firearm.

Misuse or careless use may cause serious injury, especially to the eye.

LIMITED WARRANTY, SUBROGATION WAIVER, WAIVER AND RELEASE, BINDING AGREEMENT
TO ARBITRATE, CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Gel Blaster, Inc. warrants this Gel Blaster® for a period of one month from
the date of consumer purchase to be free from defects in material and
workmanship. Gel Blaster, LLC’s obligation under this warranty is limited
repair or replacement of the purchased product only (although Gel Blaster, LLC
may determine to issue a refund, in its sole and exclusive discretion), and
under no circumstances shall Gel Blaster, LLC be liable for any loss, damage,
injury, cost of repair, consequential damages, incidental damages, or
punitive, treble, or exemplary damages of any kind in connection with the
sale, use, failure, or repair of any product purchased from Gel Blaster, LLC,
even if such damages are caused by the negligence of the released party,
whether sole or in combination with others. You hereby waive any claim by an
insurance carrier or other person or entity by way of subrogation, and you
hereby assign any and all such subrogation claims to Gel Blaster, LLC.
Gel Blaster, LLC disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
and any implied warranty of merchantability. All implied warranties are hereby
disclaimed, and you agree that the only warranty provided by Gel Blaster, LLC
to you is the above.
Gel Blaster, LLC’s liability for any and all claims arising out of or
connected with the Gel Blaster® shall be limited to the amount paid by
consumer for the product plus the sum of $100.00.
You and Gel Blaster, LLC agree to mandatory, binding arbitration for any and
all claims or causes of action between the parties arising out of or in
connection with your purchase or use of the Gel Blaster®, its accessories, or
otherwise with respect to any claims between you and Gel Blaster, LLC. The
arbitration shall take place under the rules of the American Arbitration
Association, Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. The
Arbitration shall take place in Dallas, Texas. You understand and agree that
you are waiving your rights to a trial by jury. You agree that any claim you
have or may ever come to have against Gel Blaster, LLC must be submitted on an
individual basis, and you hereby waive the right to assert such claim
collectively, such as in a class or mass action. As a condition precedent to
filing arbitration, you must contact Gel Blaster, LLC with any claim or
dispute, which must be mediated before a mutually agreeable mediator in
Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. You agree to the foregoing terms when you first
charge or otherwise seek to use your Gel Blaster® or its accessories.

powerful lithium polymer battery! But with that power comes the responsibility
to take care of your battery.
Abuse, neglect, or misuse can ruin your battery, shorten your playtime, or
