Watch charging
This product is a magnetic charging device. One end of the charging cable is connected to the charging adapter via USB, and the other end is attached to the contact point on the back of the watch. The watch screen will display charging instructions, indicating the start of charging
Note: Connect the USB port to a charger with an output current of 5V1A, or a computer USB port for charging. The charging time is 2-3 hours and the watch is fully charged when the full charge icon appears on the screen. Warm tip: You may not be able to charge the watch by plugging it into an adapter with a current higher than 5V1A, doing that may cause damage to the watch. If it cannot be charged, please contact the store customer service.
Download and install JYouPro
- Android users, please search for “JYouPro” on Google Play or mobile app market to download and install it,
- IOS users should search for “JYouPro” in the Apple Store to download and install.
- Scan the QR code and use the smartphone scanning tool to open the link. There may be a problem. Please copy the link and open the download through a browser.

Connecting a watch
After enabling Bluetooth on the phone, open the “Devices” column under the “JYouPro” app on the phone, click to scan for devices, find the corresponding device, and click to connect, pair, and bind.
- Before pairing, ensure that the watch’s battery level is above half to avoid the failure of pairing due to low battery levels
- When pairing and connecting, please ensure that the distance between the phone and the watch does not exceed 10 meters, and keep the “JYouPro” application running in the background. Ensure that the phone Bluetooth is turned on, and the watch’s call audio and media audio are turned on
- To turn off phone call audio and media audio, click on the phone icon to turn it on and off
- If the watch is not connected to the mobile app for a long time or if the power is cut off for too long, there may be issues with inaccurate time and unsynchronized data, and it needs to be reconnected to the app
- View the Bluetooth name of the watch, click on the Settings unction button – System information – Information in the dropdown menu, and enter the information to view the Bluetooth name (model) of the watch
The symbol in the upper left corner shows: then the link is successful, if you see this symbol: , it means the connection is not successful. Please manually open the phone settings and connect to Bluetooth!
Simple explanation and display of commonly used functions
Dial selection: Long press and hold for 3 seconds on the main dial to enter
dial mode, then slide left or right to select the dial, click to select, and
exit viewing;
Physiological cycle monitoring: This function is only activated when gender
selection is performed on the APP’s personal information
Menu function selection: Right slide on the main interface to enter the menu
interface, and continuously click the side buttons to quickly change the menu
style;
Add component: Select the corresponding functional component and click Select.
After returning, the component is successfully added;
Remove component: Long press 3S on the menu function to zoom out on the
function menu. Click the remove button to remove it;
APP download: The QR code can be found in the watch settings menu – System
Information – App, or by scanning the QR code in the manual;
Bluetooth call/Bluetooth music/voice assistant usage: To use these three
functions, you need to pair and connect the watch with the mobile app
“Jyoupro”, and also connect to the mobile Bluetooth.
By connecting two Bluetooth devices simultaneously, you can use the three
functions mentioned above;

- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product without authorization.

- The waterproof grade of this product is IP67. Do not use it in saunas, hot springs, seawater, or other environments with corrosive liquids and hot steam. Avoid prolonged immersion in water, otherwise it may cause the product to crash
Q: Why can’t I wear my watch to take a hot bath?
The temperature of bath water is relatively high, and it generates a lot of
water vapor. The small radius of the water vapor molecules makes it easy to
penetrate through the cracks in the watch case. When the temperature drops, it
will re-condense into liquid droplets.This can easily cause a short circuit in
the watch’s internal circuitry, damaging the watch’s circuit board and
eventually the watch.
Common problem handling
Watches cannot be turned on/charged
- Please hold down the power button for more than 5 seconds
- The battery may be too low. Please charge it in a timely manner. For the first use, please fully charge it for 2 hours to activate the battery
- The magnetic contact of the watch is corroded by sweat. Please wipe the magnetic contact on the back of the watch clean with a cotton cloth or tissue before attempting to charge or replacing it with another charging head. If it still cannot be charged, please contact store customer service
Explanation of Bluetooth not connected or unable to connect operation
- Please try restarting the watch and reconnecting.
- Please try restarting your phone’s Bluetooth and connecting again.
- Please confirm if your phone is connected to other Bluetooth devices. If so, please disconnect the other Bluetooth devices and reconnect.
- After the watch is connected, it will go to sleep when not in use; When not automatically connected to the watch after hibernation, you need to open the mobile app “Jyoupro” and refresh it to automatically connect.
- Uninstall the “Jyoupro” app, restore the watch to its factory settings, download the app again, and connect
Reminder and precautions for measuring heart rate/blood pressure/blood oxygen/exercise data
- Please ensure that your personal information (age, height, weight) is filled in correctly in the “Jyoupro” app.
- When taking a single measurement on a watch, please wear the watch at a finger-wide position below the wrist bone, snug but comfortable to wear on the wrist. Then remain still and breathe calmly. It requires more time to measure more accurate data. It is normal for heart rate data to be unstable at the beginning. If you measure more times and test for a longer period of time, you will find that the data will be more accurate.
- This watch measures the steps using a built-in 3D gravity sensor, and the results are influenced by factors such as the user’s arm posture, stride length, body shape, road level or slope. But after multiple trials, the step data of our watch will not exceed 10% of the actual error. If the number of steps is less than 30, it may not be recorded
Insufficient accuracy of sleep data
- Sleep monitoring simulates a person’s natural state of falling asleep and waking up, and requires normal wearing.
- During the day, sleep data is not monitored, and the default sleep monitoring is from 9:00 pm to 11:00 am the next day.
Weather/time out of sync
When connecting the watch to the mobile app “Jyoupro”, it is also necessary to
maintain the Bluetooth connection between the phone and the watch. At the same
time, turn on the GPS positioning of the phone and keep the app running in the
background. The watch will sync data such as weather, notification messages,
exercise and health readings to JYouPro via Bluetooth and present them on the
watch, which will not be presented after disconnecting or turning off the
Bluetooth device.

Q: After upgrading the app, the watch cannot be opened. What should I do?
– 1. Please ensure there is sufficient power
– 2. Do not exit the app during the upgrade process.
– 3. Ensure that the watch is connected to the Bluetooth of the phone.
– If the application is closed or the Bluetooth connection is disconnected
during the upgrade process, the upgrade will fail and there may be situations
such as not being able to power on. You can try recharging and reactivating

notification bar, and push the watch message by reading the message in the

notification bar, the watchwill not be able to receive push notifications.

Q: Why does the Bluetooth connection icon keep flashing?
– Users may encounter this issue, mainly to remind them that the app is not
connected to the watchand may not receive message push notifications. Open the
app to connect the bracelet, and the Bluetooth icon can be displayed normally.
Q: Why can’t I make and answer calls on my watch after connecting to my
phone?
– 1. After the watch is connected to the phone through the APP, it also needs
to be connected to the phone through Bluetooth.
– 2. When the watch is connected to the phone through the app for the first
time, the app will prompt the watch to connect to the phone with Bluetooth.
After that, it will not prompt to connect, and the user needs to manually
connect the phone Bluetooth (connection method: phone settings – Bluetooth –
find the phone model to connect)
– 3.APP Bluetooth is used for synchronizing messages and data, and audio
Bluetooth (mobile Bluetooth) is used for calls and audio transmission. If you
don’t need to transmit sound through your phone, you can disconnect the audio
Bluetooth and only keep the application Bluetooth.
– If the audio Bluetooth is not connected, it will not respond.
– Please allow all permissions when connecting and keep the app running in the
