This top-end professional equipment combines optimum technical properties with
extreme user comfort. The toaster grill comes in four versions (1 or 2 levels)
and can cook 150 to 400 toasts per hour instantly with no smoke or odor thanks
to infrared quartz tubes. It can be used to cook or reheat sandwiches, croque-
monsieur, pizzas, quiches, cheese/meat puffs, croissants, brown onion soups,
and toast baguettes and bread. The appliance has sufficient power and quick
temperature rise in less than 30 seconds, eliminating the need for preheating.

Operating Mode
The toaster grill is designed to cook or reheat sandwiches, croque-monsieur, pizzas, quiches, cheese/meat puffs, croissants, brown onion soups, and toast baguettes and bread. It can cook 150 to 400 toasts per hour instantly with no smoke or odor thanks to infrared quartz tubes. There is no preheating due to the sufficient power of the appliance and the quick temperature rise in less than 30 seconds.
Usage Instructions
Safety Precautions
- Read and follow all safety instructions before using the equipment.
- Ensure that the equipment is on a stable and heating-resistant surface.
- Do not place the appliance near a wall or partition made with combustible materials even if it is covered with a good insulating material.
- Allow a distance of 30 cm from the partition or wall.
- Clean the appliance before the first use (See section 6 for cleaning instructions).
- Ensure that the voltage and frequency of the electrical system comply with the values indicated on the nameplate.
- Check that the electric power supply cable or plug are free of damage.
- Remove the flange to pay out the entire length of the cord and feed it through the square hole then close it before inserting the plug into the socket.
- Connect the electric power supply cable to a socket with a protection wire.
Assembly
Place the equipment on a stable and heating-resistant surface. Follow the safety precautions listed above.
Cooking Instructions
- Place the tray on the bottom of the toaster grill.
- Place the food item to be cooked or reheated on the grid.
- Place the grid on the toaster grill.
- Close the toaster grill and turn it on.
- The food item will be cooked or reheated instantly with no
smoke or odor thanks to infrared quartz tubes.
Cleaning Instructions
- Turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Allow the appliance to cool down completely.
- Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Wash the tray and grids in warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool.
- Dry all parts before reassembling the appliance and storing it away.

CONFORMITY OF USE
- Use the equipment exclusively to cook or to reheat sandwiches, croque-monsieur, pizzas, quiches, cheese/meat puffs, croissants.
- It even browns onion soups and toasts baguettes and bread.
OPERATING MODE
These toasters are available in 4 versions (1 or 2 levels). According to the
size of the toaster, 150 till 400 toasts per hour can be cooked instantly at
core with no smoke or odour thanks to infrared quartz tubes.
There is no preheating due to the sufficient power of the appliance and the quick temperature rise in less than 30s.
- Caution: Please always use the appliance with its tray!

OPERATION / HANDLING

a) Installation / Assembly
- Place the equipment on a stable and heating resistant surface.
- Never place the appliance near to a wall or a partition made with combustible materials even if it is covered with a good insulating material.
- A distance of 30 cm from the partition or the wall is considered enough.

b) Initial starting up

Clean the appliance before the first use (See 6. Cleaning)
Connecting the appliance -
Make sure that the voltage and frequency of the electrical system comply with the values indicated on the nameplate.

Always check that the electric power supply cable or plug are free of damage.

Remove the flange to pay out the entire length of the cord and feed it through the square hole then close it before inserting the plug into the socket.

Connect to the electric power supply cable to a socket with a protection wire.

The appliance is now connected.

NB: To connect the appliance to a socket without any protection wire, or to connect directly to the electrical system, entrust the connection to a qualified electrician.\

Starting
- Select the commutator according to the power expected
- Turn the button of the timer on the duration expected
- Pilot light is on
Stopping the appliance
- Set the commatator on 0.
- Remove the electric power supply cable
- Let the appliance cool down.
- Clean the appliance. (cf. 6 Cleaning)
d) Failure / Repair :
In case of failure or if a part is damaged, please call your after sales
service and have qualified personnel deal with any technical operations.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Remove the connector
- Clean the appliance regularly each time you use it.
- For cleaning, use only mild non-abrasive maintenance products for stainless steel, soapy water or dishwashing liquid with a non-abrasive sponge.
- Wipe the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Dry the appliance with a soft clean cloth.
- Never clean the quartz tubes when they are hot and avoid to touch them with your fingers. Clean them with an alcohol-impregnated cloth.
- Never clean the appliance with a jet of water because leaks could cause irreparable damage to it.
- Never immerse the appliance, the cord or plug in water or any other liquid, to avoid electric shocks.
