DAVIS 6313 Vantage Vue Weather Station with WeatherLink Console - Set
up

Set up your system

Have your sensor suite up and running.
If you have a purchased this console along with a new sensor suite, you should set up your sensor suite first. Do this by following the instructions included with your sensor suite. If possible, it might be easier if you wait to mount the sensor suite outside once you have confirmed communication with the console. If you already have a Vantage Pro2 or Vantage Vue sensor suite, or a Sensor Transmitter up and running, you don’t need to unmount it.
Gather the station IDs.
You will need to know on which ID your sensor suite is transmitting. The default factory setting is ID1, but you may have changed this setting. If you have more than one transmitting station, each will be set to a different ID and you will need to know which station is transmitting on which ID.

Create your Weather Link account

A Weather Link account is not required for this console. It is a fully functional and powerful data display, storage, and analysis tool on its own. However, using it with a Weather Link account will add many benefits including access to your data on your phone or computer, the option for safe cloud data archive, the ability to share your data
with others, and the opportunity to be part of the Weather Link global community of Davis weather stations. Creating your account is easy. Just log into WeatherLink.com and follow the prompts. A basic account is free, but you can upgrade to Pro or Pro+ to enjoy added features.
Add the Weather Link mobile app for access to your data from your phone.

Power up your console

Plug the AC-adapter into the wall and the power cable into the console (the AC cable jack is on the back of the console) to power it up. Follow the3 on- screen prompts to set up your console and configure your transmitters.
