Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before using the P12 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, ensure that the battery is fully charged.
  2. Attach the desired cleaning tool to the end of the vacuum cleaner’s wand.
  3. Press the power button to turn on the vacuum cleaner.
  4. Begin cleaning by moving the vacuum cleaner over the surface to be cleaned. Use a back-and-forth motion for carpets and a side-to-side motion for hard floors.
  5. When finished cleaning, turn off the vacuum cleaner and detach the cleaning tool from the wand.
  6. Empty the dustbin and clean the filter after each use to maintain optimal performance.

Children should not play with this device. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by children without supervision.

Do not dispose of the electrical appliances as unsorted waste or, use a separate waste collector. Contact your local authority for information on the appropriate disposal method. If electrical appliances are discarded in landfills, hazardous substances can leach into groundwater, enter the food chain, and damage people’s health. Contact your local or regional waste management agency for more information on their recycling and reuse programs.

Restrictions

  •  Please read all contents of this manual carefully before using this product.
  • Please do not use the Vacuum Cleaner to vacuum detergent, kerosene, glass dregs, needles, wet items, sewage, matches and other items.
  •  Please do not use the Vacuum Cleaner to vacuum toys, paper balls and other large objects, otherwise it will cause blockage of the Vacuum Cleaner, motor burnout and other failures.
  •  Please keep the Vacuum Cleaner away from fire and other hot places.
  • Please make sure to install the filter modules and the roller brush of the floor brush.
  • Please make sure not to block the suction inlet or block the roller brush, as this may cause motor failure when using the Vacuum Cleaner.
  • Please do not pour or spill water or other liquids into the machine to avoid short circuit and burn out the machine.
  •  Please fully charge the battery when using a new battery or the battery used for the first time after long-term storage. Please ensure that it is charged and discharged at least every three months when the machine is not used for a long time.
  •  The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with the appliance.
  • The plug must be removed from the socket-outlet before cleaning or maintaining the appliance.
  • When cleaning the Vacuum Cleaner, use a dry cloth to wipe it. Do not use gasoline, banana water and other cleaners that are easy to crack or fade the shell.
  • Please do not use or store the Vacuum Cleaner in high temperature, low temperature and other adverse conditions, and do not use them outdoors or on wet surfaces. It is recommended to use them indoors at an ambient temperature of0-30°C. Please store it in a cool and dry place, and do not expose it to sunlight for a long time.
  • Do not allow children to use or play with the Vacuum Cleaner.
  •  When the Vacuum Cleaner can not work, it must be tested and repaired at the designated service centre. Do not disassemble the machine by yourself. Waste battery packs should be safely recycled and disposed of, please do not dispose of them at will.
  • If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, you must go to the manufacturer’s local maintenance department or similar department to have it replaced by a professional.

Product Assembly

Notes

  • The power supply of the vacuum cleaner needs to be shut off before installing and replacing accessories.
  • This product cannot keep itself upright without a fixed support. Please place the machine and accessories firmly!
  1. Battery installation and removal
    Installation: align the battery with the back-end position of the host and slide it in till it is clamped in place.

  2. Installation and disassembly of the whole machine
    Installation: insert the electric floor brush joint at the dust pipe, and the other end of the dust pipe at the host head when the installation is complete.

Removal: Press the corresponding release button and pull it out to remove the electric floor brush and the host.

Operation

In the process of use, when the display light flashes, it indicates that the power is insufficient, and it needs to be recharged in time so as not to affect the use.
Note: please charge with the original power adapter.

Charging:

  1.  As shown in the picture, the charging plug on the power adapter is inserted into the charging port of the battery and it will be charged. When the charge is displayed as 100%, it is already full.

  2. As shown in the picture, after the battery is removed, insert the charging plug into the charging port on the battery, the indicator light is flashing blue, indicating that it is charging; the indicator light is solid , indicating full charge.

  3. Press the switch button and the machine starts working; press the switch button again and the machine shuts down.

  4.  The machine has four suction gears, short press ” ” , different suction gears can be switched.

Display screen indications
PROSCENIC P12 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner 18 Full dust indicator: the indicator light is red, indicating that the dustbin is full and it needs to be dumped.
Note: if the anomaly is not released after the dust is dumped, it may be a dust blockage and the blockages in HEPA, suction, dust pipes and other positions need to be cleaned.

Floor brush blockage indicator: the indicator light is red, indicating that the brush is entangled by hair or blocked, and it can be used normally after cleaning.

Maintenance

Cleaning of dustbin

  1.  Aim the bottom of the host dustbin at the garbage can, press the dustbin cover release button, open the dustbin cover automatically, and gently shake it to empty the dust in the dustbin.

Note: after each suction, please clean the dustbin in time to ensure the best cleaning effect.

Cleaning of filter components

  1.  As shown in the picture, press the dustbin release button, rotate downward to separate the dustbin from the host, and remove the dustbin. Remove the filter HEPA upward, open the bottom cover of the dustbin and rotate to remove the filter. Finally, rinse with water.

Note: after rinsing HEPA and filter with water, please air-dry them before use (do not expose them in the sun).

  •  to maintain the best cleaning performance, it is recommended to clean them once a week.

Warning:

  1. Do not use this machine when filter compo­nents and HEPA are not installed!
  2.  Filter components and HEPA are prohibited from being used before they are dried completely after flushing.

Cleaning of electric floor brush

  1. As shown in the picture, push the lock button down to the unlocked state, and take out one end of the roller brush and pull out the whole brush.
    Note: when pulled out, some of the dusts will fall.

  2. As shown in the picture, clean up the wound hair or debris on the roller brush. If it is washed with water, it must be dried after rinsing before it can be put back to use.

Maintenance
After use, the machine and accessories can be placed on the hanger. As shown in the picture, the accessories can be placed on the bulge ofthe hanger.

Note:

  • This vacuum cleaner must be used with the original battery and power adapter.
  • Do not use the battery for any purpose other than this vacuum cleaner.

Proscenic warrants that the unit shall be free from defects in material for a period of one year from the date of purchase when it is used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the requirements outlined in this instruction manual, subject to the following conditions and exclusions. Refurbished products sold by Proscenic come with their own unique warranty that you can find on the product listing or contact us at support@proscenic.com with your order receipt for confirmation. Non-consumables such as motor bought separately come with 3-month limited warranty.

Product Registration
Apart from sufficient proof of purchase, on line product registration may also be required in case of warranty claim, thus we highly recommend that upon purchase, you register your product(s) on Proscenic’s official website (www.proscenic.com) for reference and enjoy potential exclusive benefits. To register, please select the corresponding purchase channel along with the correct order number and product’s serial number (SN).

REMEDY

  1.  The original unit deemed defective, according to Proscenic’s sole discretion, will be repaired or replaced for up to one year from the original purchase date.
  2. ln the rare event that a replacement unit is issued, the warranty coverage ends ninety (90} days following the receipt date of the replacement unit or the remainder of the existing warranty, whichever is greater. If the unit is replaced, Proscenic reserves the right to replace unit with one of equal or greater value.

EXCLUSION
Unless agreed in writing, the Limited Warranty will not apply to consequential and incidental damages and not apply if the defect(s) relate to:

  1. Consumable parts such as filters or brushes etc. that are subject to normal wear and tear, and require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure the proper functioning of your unit.
  2. Defects caused by rough or inappropriate handling or use or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature, external sources such as weather, electrical outages or power surges.
  3. lmproper operation or maintenance, use not in accordance with the Product instructions or connec­tion to improper voltage supply.
  4. Negligent use or care, neglect or careless operation or misuse of the Product.
  5.  Accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly or opening of the chassis of the Product.
  6. Any failure by Buyer or a third party to comply with environmental and storage requirements for the Product specified by Seller.
  7.  Any failure to adequately package the Product for transportation.
  8. If the battery has been short-circuited, if the seals of the battery enclosure of the cells are broken or show evidence of intervention or if the battery has been used in equipment other than that for which it has been specified.
  9.  Use of parts not in accordance with the Product instructions.
  10. Use of parts and accessories other than those produced or recommended by Proscenic.
  11. Use in a commercial environment as the Product is designed for residential use only.
  12. Extreme or external causes beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to: breakdowns, fluctuation, or interruptions in electric power, ISP (internet service provider) service or wireless networks.
  13. Weak and/or inconsistent wireless signal strength in your home.
  14. Any product(s) purchased from unauthorized dealers/resellers.
  15. Products used outside the country of purchase.
  16. Lost and/or stolen products.

DISCLAIMER
This Limited Warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy against Proscenic’ s sole and exclusive liability in respect of defects in your Product. This Limited Warranty replaces all other Proscenic warranties and liabilities, whether oral or written.
