Væg & facade 5 is an extremely durable and flat wall paint. It provides a nice, clean and easy-to-clean surface that is both dirt repellent and durable. Wall & Facade 5 can withstand scrubbing.
Product Information
The TDS OG is a pure acrylic paint that is suitable for both interior and exterior use on walls and facades. It has a product item number of 172-001104 and a PR number of 2360967. The paint is designed to be applied to clean, dry, and firm substrates that are free from staining and suitable for painting. If the substrate is porous and untreated, such as plaster or concrete, it must be primed with micro dispersion primer. If the substrate is staining, it must be thoroughly cleaned and primed with a suitable primer. The paint must be stirred extremely well before and during use. It can be applied with a paintbrush, paint roll, or sprayer. The drying time between coats must be a minimum of 4-6 hours, depending on the ambient environment. A minimum of 2 coats of paint is required for proper application. It is recommended to prime untreated wall-cover with a high build primer-paint before painting.
This wall and facade paint has an acrylic binder and a density of approximately 1.25 kg/l ISO 2811. The drying time of the paint is between 4-12 hours, depending on layer thickness, absorbency of the substrate, temperature, humidity, and ventilation. The ideal humidity range during application is 60%-65% RH, with a minimum of 40% and maximum of 80% RH. The tools used for cleaning are water and soap. The TDS OG has a shelf life of a minimum of 24 months from the production date (Batch no. yymmdd) when stored correctly. It comes in a 10-liter bucket and is available in white color.

primed with micro dispersion primer. Staining substrates must be thoroughly
cleaned, and primed with suitable primer.
Treatment
- Stir extremely well before and during use.
- Apply with paintbrush, paint roll or sprayer.
- Drying time between the coats must be min. 4-6 hours, depending on ambient environment.
- Expect application of minimum 2 coats of paint.
Consumption
Consumption depends on condition and absorption of present substrate and colour.
- New paint on plaster, approx. 4 m²/l.
- Repaint/ refreshing of previously painted surface approx. 6-8 m²/l.
- Change of colour, approx. 4 m²/l.
When changing color from colored to white, it is advantageous to prime with a light gray before painting with white. When painting over decoration or repairs, paint those first and then the whole surface. It is an advantage to prime untreated wall-cover with a high build primer-paint, prior to painting.
The mentioned information is based on laboratory experiments and practical testing at 20°C and 85% RH. If the temperature or humidity of the material, the substrate or the surroundings deviate from this, the product properties, drying and curing times are affected. General responsibility for paint treatment cannot be given, due to the many caveats that may arise regarding the substrate, application method, etc. Where the consumption of a paint extend over more batches, these should be intermixed to avoid sheen and shade differences. It is the user’s responsibility to always obtain new and revised product sheets. We reserve the right to make changes without notice. We reserve the right for printing errors.
