Product Information
The product is a Samsung phone that comes with a charging cable, SIM card, SIM tool, and Quick Start Guide. The phone has a front display, volume side key, on/off lock/unlock button, fingerprint sensor, camera, and audio port. It is also IPX8 water-resistant, meaning it can be submerged in 5 ft. of fresh water for up to 30 minutes. The product should only be used with Samsung-approved charging devices and accessories. Damage caused by non-approved accessories may not be covered by warranty.

Do not press the screen or the front camera lens with a hard or sharp object, such as a pen or fingernail, or apply excessive pressure. Do not attach adhesives such as films or stickers to the main screen. When folding the device, do not place any objects, such as cards, coins, or keys, on the screen.

Product Usage Instructions
Inserting the SIM Card
- Use the SIM tool to open the SIM tray.
- Insert the SIM card into the tray.
- Make sure to use the SIM card that shipped with your new phone to get all the benefits of the network.
Powering On
Press and hold the side key to power on the device. Follow the setup screens
to transfer content to your new phone. You may need your Google ID and Wi-Fi
password.
Device Help App
If you need help with your phone, scan the code with your camera to launch the
Device Help app. You can also visit www.att.com/device-support or call
customer care at 1.800.331.0500.
Note: Do not press the screen or front camera lens with a hard or sharp object or apply excessive pressure. Do not attach adhesives such as films or stickers to the main screen. When folding the device, do not place any objects such as cards, coins, or keys on the screen. If you use a screen protector, make sure it allows for the use of touch screen features.
