Orchestra of LightsTM – Hub
The Orchestra of LightsTM – Hub is an electric product that is intended to be assembled by adults only. It is not recommended for children under 3 years of age. The product needs to be handled with precautions to reduce the risk of electric shock. The power unit is intended to be correctly orientated in a vertical or floor-mount position.
Safety Information
- Read and understand all instructions before assembling the product.
- Keep the product away from children.
- Inspect the product carefully before using and reusing it.
- Store the product neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight when not in use.
- Do not mount or support wires in a manner that can cut or damage wire insulation.
- For indoor use only.
Usage Instructions
- Before using and reusing, inspect the product carefully. Discard any products that have cut, damaged or frayed wire insulation cords, cracks, lamp holders or enclosures, loose connections, or exposed copper wire.
- When storing the product, carefully remove the product from wherever it is placed, including trees, branches, or bushes, to avoid any undue strain or stress on the product conductors, connections and wires.
- When not in use, store neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight.
- Make sure that the supply cord is not damaged before assembling, disassembling, or relocating the item.
- Remove all plastic fasteners and tags before using.
- Make sure that the power source is not disabled or the cord is not unplugged before using the product.
- Keep the Hub in an open area so signals can be received and sent. The recommended distance between the Hub and lighting products is 45 feet or less.
- If the light show hub is not working, try reconnecting it to your home WiFi network. If the connection fails and your Hub doesn’t display a steady blue light, reset the Hub using the button on the device.
Troubleshooting Checklist
- If your light show hub is not working, check if the power source has become disabled or the cord may be unplugged.
- Something may be blocking the Hub. Insure it is kept in an open area so signals can be received and sent.
- Try to reconnect your Hub to your home WiFi network.
- If the connection fails and your Hub doesn’t display a steady blue light, reset the Hub using the button on the device.

TROUBLESHOOTING CHECKLIST
If you light show hub is not working, the problem may be:

The power source has become disabled or the cord may be unplugged.

Something may be blocking the Hub. Insure it is kept in an open area so signals can be received and sent.
The recommended distance between the Hub and lighting products is 45 feet or less. -
Up to 3 users may successfully control Orchestra of Lights products linked to the Wifi Hub. A 4th user may have unintentionally reset the Hub. If so, try reconnecting your Hub to your home WiFi network

If the connection fails and your Hub doesn’t display a steady blue light, reset the Hub using the button on the bottom of the Hub. Hold the button five seconds until the Hub resets and flashes the red and blue lights together.
