Product Information
The FlexiTech Safety Uniform Lighting is a small CGLine+ luminaire for maintained and non-maintained use. It features a battery with a replaceable pack and comes with a controller CGLine+ TL CGLine+ – LUM10319. The product has a charge lamp for autotest, LED description, and magnet test. It is compliant with EN60598.1, EN 60598.2.22, and NFEN62034 standards. The product can be installed using rigid or flexible wire and can be mounted in honeycomb zones (IP43) or flexible material parts (IP66).
Product Usage
- Before use, break a cable entry by using a screwdriver and use one of the framed cable entries.
- Drill in the honeycomb zones or flexible material parts to install the product. For corner fixing, use 4 screws.
- Cable the connectors with a screwdriver or by hand, ensuring proper aging of the product.
- For maintained or non-maintained use, check the temperature range on the first page for M and NM versions.
- Configure the duration test accordingly by referring to the controller CGLine+ user manual.
- In mains mode, use a magnet to select the light level. Hold the magnet against the product for:
- 1-5 seconds for functional test
- 5-10 seconds for duration test
- 10-20 seconds to reset luminaire
- less than 1 second for DIM level
- If the battery duration is insufficient, replace the battery with LiFePO4 3.2V 1.5Ah -> FT-BATLL2 or LiFePO4 3.2V 3Ah -> FT-BATLL3.
- When the lifetime of the light source is over, replace the luminaire.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- In order to ensure proper aging of the product, use one of the framed cable entries.
- Break a cable entry by using a screwdriver.
- Rigid or flexible wire 6 mm < Ø < 13,5 mm
- Drill in the honeycomb zones (IP43) or in the flexible material parts (IP66).
- For honeycombs, be careful to battery location.
- For corner fixing, use 4 screws.

- Check the temperature range on the 1st page for M and NM versions.
- Disconnect the battery, wait for 10 seconds, and reconnect it if you decide to change configuration (b-c).

- Use a screwdriver to place and remove wire. No screwdriver is required for the connection
