PRODUCT USAGE INSTRUCTION

1. Read Before Installation: Before installing the bird feeder, carefully read the product manual and follow the instructions.
2. Assemble Bird Feeder: Assemble the bird feeder by connecting the bird feeder bracket and the bracket connector with long and short screws. Use screws for wall to attach the bird feeder on a wall or any other flat surface.
3. How To Connect To WIFI Network: Connect the bird feeder to your WiFi network by following the steps mentioned in the “WIFI Mode Configuration (Common)” section of the product manual.
4. APP Interface Introduction: After connecting to the WiFi network, you can download the corresponding APP and follow the interface introduction mentioned in the “APP Interface Introduction” section of the product manual to access bird feeder settings and operate it.
5. Frequently Asked Questions: Refer to the “Frequently Asked Questions” section of the product manual for any queries or troubleshooting.

STATUS LED

READ BEFORE INSTALLATION

1. Keep the bird feeder and all accessories out of reach of children and pets.
2. Make sure the camera has been fully charge .(DC 5V/2A)
3. Working temperature :- 5°F to 120°F(-20.5°C to 48.5°C)
4. Working relative humidity: 10%~95%
5. Please do not expose the camera lens to direct sunlight .
6. The camera has an IP65 waterproof rating ,which support working properly under rains or snows.But it can not be soaked in water.

NOTE

1. The bird feeder can only works with 2.4GHz WI-FI.
2. Strong lights may interfere with the device`s ability to scan QR code.
3. Avoid placing the device behind furniture or near microwaves products.
4. Try to keep the bird feeder within range of your WI-FI signal.

ASSEMBLE BIRD FEEDER

The first installation effect

1. Use the provided drilling template to mark the position of holes on your wall. Use drill bit to drill 4 holes.
2. Install 4 Anchors
3. Install the screws to fix the bracket
4. As shown in the picture, put the Bracket connector into the bottom of the bracket, and find 3 long screws to install it, and the bird feeder is fixed.
5. After opening the lid and adding the bird food. As shown in the picture, fastening the 2 Short screws can prevent it from being opened by squirrels.

The second installation effect

1. Need to unscrew 4 sets of screws from the Bird feeder wall mount and put them aside
2. Put plastic accessories on the back, Re-tighten the four sets of screws
3. Use the provided drilling template to mark the position of holes on your wall. Use drill bit to drill 4 holes.
4. Install 4 Anchors
5. Install the screws to fix the bracket
6. As shown in the picture, put the Bracket connector into the bottom of the bracket, and find 3 long screws to install it, and the bird feeder is fixed.
7. After opening the lid and adding the bird food. As shown in the picture, fastening the 2 container lid Short screws can prevent it from being opened by squirrels.

HOW TO CONNECT TO WIFI NETWORK

Download or scan the QR code and install the Bird Lover App for either IOS or Android. Once downloaded, the APP will ask you to register your device. Enter your phone number or email which one makes you feel comfortable and select the country you live in. You will receive a text with a registration code.Input the resgistration code, then create a password.

WIFI MODE CONFIGURATION (COMMON)

1. Enter the add device interface, click the “Add Device” or “+” to add new device.
2. Open device first, make sure the red indicator is flashing quickly, and then please follow the instructions in the APP for the next steps. By defaul, we can scan the QR code by the camera to add device. If it’s inconvenient to scan, you can click ” ” to select AP mode, then follow the instrucitons in the APP to add device.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Does it need Wi-Fi to operate?Does it have local storage?
   Yes, it does require a Wi-Fi connection. It uses Wi-Fi connection to send the stream to your mobile device. If you insert a TF card or buy icloud service in the APP, it have local storage, and you can take pictures or videos from playback videos.

2. Can more than one person connect to one feeder?
   Only one person can directly connect to one feeder, but you can share the device to your friend and family if they had an account, the personal data will be different.

3. Will the APP only be in English? Or will other languages be available?
   The App is translated into all major word languages, but the identification result will be only in English or Chinese.

4. How long does the battery last? How is it charged?
   It depends on the working time of the camera, the battery can last 3 months when keep standby without charging. If you connect the charging cable to the solar panel for continuous charge during daylight, you can constantly have the stream running for years. If the weather isn’t good for a long time, you can take off the camera and charge it indoors.

5. Can the feeder be voice controlled?
   Yes, the APP have the third-party voice services, including Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant. If you have these two speakers, you can control the feeder camera by voice control.

6. Why there is no record video in playback even if I insert a TF card and bought Icloud storage service?
   Please set the recording settings after you insert the TF card or bought Icloud service, and then the camera will automatically record the video when motion was detected.

7. Why the identified result is wrong?
   The result accuracy depends on the angle and clarity of the bird pictures. To ensure get a correct result, please ensure the picture is clear enough, the identify features (bird head, tail, wings or pattern on feathers) is not covered by obstacles, the bird occupies the main position of the picture. If there are two or more bird species in one picture, the identified result will be the one on the main position.
