Product Care and Maintenance

If the device is not used for an extended period of time, it is necessary to charge the battery every two to three months to prevent damage and to avoid reducing the performance of the device. Use a soft cloth to clean the body of the power bank.

Product Usage Instructions

Note: Read the user manual before use.

1. To check the charge status, press the button on the side of the power bank. The LCD display will light up and show you the power bank’s charge level from 0-100%.
2. If the power bank is low, use the USB-A to USB-C cable found in the box to charge it and plug it into your mains charger. The powerbank itself charges with up to 18 W. Both the USB-C and micro USB connectors on the side of the power bank are used to charge the powerbank.
3. Use a USB-A to USB-C cable to charge your device. For 20W PD charging, use your USB-A to USB-C cable and plug into the USB-C port of your power bank.
4. Charging will then start immediately.
5. When charging USB-A and USB-C ports at the same time, fast charging drops to 5V output voltage. To restore the PD fast charging function, you need to disconnect the device on USB-A, wait 15 seconds, and then restart the PD fast charging output.

The number on the display also increases synchronously as the power bank’s battery power increases.

Instructions for use

LCD DISPLAY INDICATION

• Display of the power bank charge status in %.
• A GREEN symbol indicates that your device is charging quickly.
• When the power bank itself is charging, a single digit flashes on the battery display and the number on the display also increases synchronously as the power bank’s battery power increases.
