Hanging Mount for SnapitTM Vandal Dome Cameras
The DWC-V4HMW hanging mount is designed for use with SnapitTM vandal dome cameras. The mount is made of durable materials that can withstand harsh weather conditions and is perfect for outdoor surveillance. The mount comes with camera mounting screws for easy installation. The hanging mount is designed to securely attach the junction box to the mount cap, and to pass wires through to make necessary connections. The cable holder at the base of the junction box helps manage the camera’s cables.
Note: The camera base must be removed from the junction box before attaching it to the hanging mount.
Product Usage Instructions

Download all the support materials and tools needed for installation from the Digital Watchdog website (http://www.digital-watchdog.com/resources).

Remove the dome from the camera base before attaching it to the hanging mount.

Remove the camera base from the junction box.

Use the camera mounting screws (included in the box) to secure the junction box to the mounting cap.

Pass wires through and make all necessary connections. Use the cable holder at the base of the junction box
to manage the camera’s cables. -
Connect the camera to the junction box.

Adjust the camera lens module’s position and secure the dome cover to the camera (see the camera’s QSG for camera setup information).

Note that touching the lenses when handling the camera modules can damage them. Follow these instructions carefully to install your SnapitTM vandal dome camera
securely onto the hanging mount for optimal outdoor surveillance.

- Go to: http://www.digital-watchdog.com/resources

INSTALLATION
- Secure the hanging mount to the pole (NTP ¾ thread).
- Before attaching the camera to the hanging mount, remove the dome from the camera base. Remove the camera base from the junction box.
- Use the camera mounting screws (included with the bracket) to secure the junction box to the mount cap.
- Pass wires through and make all necessary connections. Use the cable holder, at the base of the junction box, to manage the camera’s cables as needed.
- Connect the camera to the junction box. Adjust the camera lens module’s position and secure the dome cover to the camera. See the camera’s QSG for camera setup information.
NOTE: Do not touch the lenses when handling the camera modules.
